I am selling my 1999 Chevy Camaro Z28 simply because I need a new daily driver and this needs to go. I do not want to sell this and I will not take anyless than it is worth. This is one of the cleanest cars you will find from this era. It has always been garage kept and covered. The only thing that is wrong with this car is a tiny little chip in the paint and it will probably need a new set of front tires after this summer. This car has always had Royal Purple ran in it and has been taken care of, not beaten what so ever. The car has 36,550 miles on it (may be a few more because I will have to drive it one last time before I sell it!) It is an automatic, RWD with a LS1 Engine. If you know anything about these engines, LS is the way to go!

This car is mostly stock minus a few upgrades done to it, it has PaceSetter Long Tube Headers, SLP LM2 Exhaust, SLP intake with a Volant air filter, Corvette Z06 Rims and Recently installed Halo headlights and Black LEDTailights (The back left tailight does need to be sealed, water gets in when I wash it, but I will try to have this sealed if I can find the time to pull it out, either way not a hard fix at all) and it has the SS ground effects package.

This car has a very nice sound to it, it has a very deep and throaty sound, it sounds amazing upon acceleration and has a nice low idle!

It is all leather interior with power windows, power driver seat, A/C, Cruise, Traction Control and all the goodies. It also has a monsoon stereo in it as well as T-Tops.

This car defiantly turns heads everywhere I go with both looks and sounds!

GM extends production at Detroit factory until early 2020

Fri, Feb 22 2019

General Motors Co said on Friday it had extended the production at its Detroit Hamtramck plant until January 2020, against an earlier plan to discontinue production in June this year. The No.1 U.S. automaker is revamping its operations, which include plant closures and thousands of job cuts, as it looks to boost profitability in the wake of declining U.S. auto sales. The Hamtramck plant will continue to produce the Chevrolet Impala and Cadillac CT6 sedans until early next year, the company said. "We are balancing production timing while continuing the availability of Cadillac advanced technology features currently included in the CT6-V — the Blackwing Twin-Turbo V-8 (engine) and Super Cruise (driver assistance system)," GM said. The plant has already discontinued production of the Buick LaCrosse sedan and Chevrolet Volt electric hybrid car. Detroit-based union United Auto Workers' President Gary Jones said GM's decision to continue production at the plant was a relief for the workers as well as their families. "We commend GM for today's decision and we reiterate the importance of a collective bargaining process in times like these," Jones said. Reporting by Ankit Ajmera. Related Video:

GM Recalling 370,000 Trucks For Fire Risk

Mon, Jan 13 2014

DETROIT (AP) - General Motors is recalling 370,000 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups from the 2014 model year to fix software that could cause the exhaust components to overheat and start a fire. The recall includes 303,000 trucks in the U.S. and 67,000 in Canada and Mexico. All of the trucks involved have 4.3-liter or 5.3-liter engines. GM said eight fires have been reported, but no injuries. One garage was damaged, the company said. All of the incidents occurred in cold weather. The company is asking customers not to leave their trucks idling unattended. GM dealers will reprogram the software for free. The company will inform owners starting Jan. 16. The major recall announcement, which came on Saturday, marred the Silverado's winning of the 2014 North American Truck of the Year Award at the Detroit Auto Show on Monday. 2015 Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra recalled for steering issues

Thu, Sep 13 2018

DETROIT — General Motors Co is recalling more than 1 million pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles in the United States due to issues with a temporary loss of power steering, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said. The recall is for 2015 models. They are: the Chevy Silverado 1500, Suburban and Tahoe, GMC Sierra 1500, Yukon and Yukon XL and Cadillac Escalade. The problem may cause difficulty steering the vehicle, especially at low speeds, increasing the risk of a crash, the auto safety regulator said in a document dated Sept. 12. The document did not highlight any reports of accidents and injuries, because of the power steering issue. GM dealers will update the power steering module software, free of charge for owners of the affected vehicles. In 2014, the No.1 U.S. automaker had recalled nearly 800,000 pickup trucks worldwide because of the same problem. GM did not immediately respond to a request for comment.Related Video:
