Up for auction is a very impressive truck! Here is a 1971 Chevrolet C20 3/4 ton long bed Super Cheyenne truck! I have been all over this truck and am very impressed with its present condition. This truck is as solid and rust free as any I have ever seen.. and I've seen a lot of them!!
It is a very solid North Carolina truck that has been completely frame off restored aprox 8 years ago. It has been garage kept and driven and showed very little since its completion and still shows to be extremely nice!!!
The truck is an absolute blast to drive and really gets the looks and compliments. It has a crisp fresh 454 ci. engine that runs and performs strong mated to a 400 automatic transmission. I have NEVER had a better riding driving truck!
Options on this truck include.... Power steering, power disc brakes, factory air (blows cold) 4x4, houndstooth interior, factory tachometer, aftermarket am/fm cass., diamond plated tool box, chrome bed rails, and it now has a new set of new style polished aluminum 16 inch wheels which looks awesome along with a new set of Firestone 265/75/16 tires.
This truck is extremely clean top/bottom inside/out. It is finishe in beautiful Hugger orange paint and accented nicely with a Dover white insert. The paint is extremely nice slick as glass and very straight. It is no longer entirely flawless due to its age but I would still rate it a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 with a 10 being perfect and keeping in mind I don't rate a new cars paint job perfect. The only places I have found to be picked on the paint is a few very very small chips that have been touched up on the tail gate, one small chip been touched up on the corner of bed, and one very small water bubble in the paint on the very bottom of the passengers side door (place is bout the size of a penny) Other than that she is a real looker!! And that is me being really picky so you don't have to be. All of the chrome, glass, interior, undercarriage etc still shows extremely well!
NO DISAPPOINTMENTS NO SURPRISES OR APOLOGIES!!! If you don't like anything you see about this truck when you get here, You will not be obligated to buy it!! Now it doesn't get any easier than that and that's how much confidence I have in my truck.
I am a licensed and bonded Virginia dealer. We welcome ALL serious buyers world wide.
If you have any questions or offers feel free to call me any time at 276-920-1351
We reserve the right to end this auction at any time for any reason because this truck IS for sale locally.
Thanks

Mopar Hellephant is sold out, but here are 4 other awesome crate V8s to try
Mon, May 6 2019Despite a relatively enormous $30,000 price tag, Mopar's 1,000-horsepower supercharged Hellephant crate engine sold out in just 48 hours. Some enthusiasts may have missed out on the crazy engine due to lack of funds, or they just assumed there would still be some Hellephants down the line. But worry not, swap-happy gearheads. There are plenty of V8s in the world to pick from, and we highlighted four favorites. They're not as powerful, but they're all cheaper, and still have a lot to offer. Mopar 6.2L Hellcrate Odds are a lot of prospective Hellephant buyers were Mopar fans to begin with, so we'll start the list with the next-most-potent offering: the Hellcrate. This is the same supercharged 6.2-liter V8 found under the hood of the Dodge Charger and Challenger Hellcats and the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. It makes 707 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque like those cars, too. It's also about $10,000 cheaper than the Hellephant engine at $20,020, and that leftover money can be used to finish the project or for aftermarket upgrades to get it closer to the Hellephant's output. GM LS9 6.2L The Hellcrate isn't the only factory supercharged crate engine on the market. From General Motors comes the supercharged 6.2-liter LS9 V8. This is the engine that was used in the C6 Corvette ZR1. At 638 horsepower and 604 pound-feet of torque, it doesn't make as much power or torque as the Hellcrate. But it does boast a dry sump oil system. So instead of pumping oil out of a pan at the bottom, the engine uses an oil tank mounted remotely that pumps oil into the engine. This means the engine is shorter overall, and can be mounted lower for a better center of gravity. It also means that there's almost no risk of running the engine dry in hard cornering, as could happen with a normal oil sump where the oil can slosh to the side without the oil pump. Basically, it offers some major benefits if you want supercharged V8 power for a road course car. It's also a tad cheaper than the Hellcrate at $18,149. But get one while you can, because GM is only selling what's left from when it was building the C6 ZR1. Ford Aluminator 5.2XS Our pick from the Blue Oval lacks a supercharger, but it's still pretty sweet.
Genovation Cars readies all-electric Corvette prototype
Tue, Jul 14 2015Chevy runs the full spectrum from some of the most environmentally friendly cars to the least. At one end are EVs like the Spark and Volt. At the other, performance models like the Camaro and Corvette. But one American company wants to bridge that divide. That company is Rockville, MD-based Genovation Cars, which reports that it is almost done building its prototype for an all-electric Corvette. Dubbed the Genovation Extreme Electric (or GXE for short), the prototype is based on a previous-generation 2006 Chevy Corvette Z06, but ditches its enormous 7.0-liter V8 for an array of inverters, batteries, and electric motors said to be good for over 700 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque. That promises to deliver a 0-60 time of about 3.0 seconds and a top speed in excess of 200 miles per hour. Those are supercar benchmarks for performance if we've ever seen them, and ought to leave even the top-spec Tesla Model S P85D in... well, not a cloud of smoke, but whatever the electric equivalent is, in a non-polluting cloud of that. The GXE is also supposed to be able to travel for 150 miles on a single charge, and handle well while it's at it with 50/50 front-rear weight distribution and a low center of gravity. Sorta like the Power Wheels 'Vette pictured above, then, but bigger and faster. Look for the GXE to debut at the Electric Vehicle Technology Expo this coming September in Michigan, after which Genovation says it will put the GXE to the test on the track to back up its performance claims. Genovation Cars Nearing Completion of High-Performance All-Electric Corvette, the GXE ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Genovation Cars is nearing the completion of a prototype high-performance all-electric Corvette called the Genovation Extreme Electric or GXE. Assembly of the GXE will be completed by the end of July, followed by a three-week testing phase. The GXE is based on a 2006 Z06 Corvette. Several contributors to the GXE effort have helped design and build record-breaking electric vehicles. They include an MIT electrical engineer and a mechanical engineer from Cosworth. "We are using state of the art inverters, batteries and electric motors that will produce in excess of 700-hp and 600 lb-ft of torque," said Genovation CEO Andrew Saul. "We expect the car to achieve 0-60 mph in around three seconds and have a top speed of over 200 mph.
