This is a good running, driving, project truck.  Has rust in the usual "Chevy" places, rocker panels, drip rail, bed inner fenders, etc.  There is a dent in the drivers side door/cab area.  A cracked windshield  and hole in the header down pipe (loud).  Ignition switch needs to be re-mounted but truck starts just fine.  Body panels need sandblasted holes filled and re-painted.  Interior is fair, the original seat is ripped and has a cover on it.  Tires are in fair condition.  Passenger side inner door handle needs replaced, Driver side exterior door handle missing button but opens fine. 

This truck has a new 4 bbl Rochester quadrajet carburetor.  It has front disc brakes/rear drums.  This truck has a new battery and cables.  Last tune up  2 years ago.  New water pump, fuel pump have been installed on this recently.

I am the 3rd owner and have owned it for 9 years now.  The previous owner bought it cheap from a guy who wanted to get rid of it after a divorce.  I intended to fix it up and keep but now I am remodeling my house/deck/basement, and don't have time or money to do both.

How two-state Chevy Spark EV outsold 50-state Volt last month

Is it really just about price? Last month, the Chevy Spark EV got a sizable price drop of $1,500 alongside a lowered lease price of $139 a month (down from $199). Those numbers, particularly that cheap lease, had a tremendous impact on how many all-electric Sparks GM sold last month. There were 920 Spark EVs sold in April, and the Spark EV is available in only two states: California and Oregon. Sales will start in Maryland in the third quarter of 2015, but there are no pre-orders taking place there, so all 920 were West Coast sales. To be more precise, there were about 864 Spark EV leases signed last month, since 94 percent of those 920 sales were retail leases. As Annalisa Bluhm from Chevrolet communications told AutoblogGreen, that level was, "simply insane." "In those states which offer Spark EV, you can get a 1LT Spark EV for less than a 1LT Spark, with more features" Bluhm said. "Factor in that you will save approximately $82 per month by abstaining from gas, and it's easy to see why people went crazy for the Spark." Let's put 920 into perspective. For one thing, it's crazy up from the 151 Spark EVs sold in March 2015 and the 97 sold in April 2014. It's also almost as many as GM sold all last year, and way more than two years ago. The General sold 653 Spark EVs in 2013 and 1,146 in 2014. To throw in a comparison with GM's longstanding plug-in champion, the aging Volt, the Spark EV came out ahead in the monthly tally for the first time ever. In April, the Volt sold 905 units. The plug-in hybrid's best-ever sales month was August 2013, when it sold 3,351 units. Counting all models and powertrains, Chevy sold 3,743 Sparks in April. So, does this success mean that Chevy is looking to bring the Spark EV to more markets? Bluhm said that GM is considering other states and is always looking at the business case, but has "nothing to announce yet." Chevy Bolt to start at $37,500 before rebates

During the recent debut at the Consumer Electronics Show, Chevrolet only described the 2017 Bolt's cost as "affordable" without any further explanation. Now the company's promo site for the EV spilled the beans of the $37,500 price after destination. That means some buyers could get the five-door hatch for $30,000 after the $7,500 federal tax credit – at least as long as that lasts for the Bowtie brand. State incentives might also reduce the bill even more when the Bolt arrives in late 2016. Chevy wants the Bolt to be a mainstream and affordable vehicle that can attract a wide swath of buyers. The company estimates the five-door's range at over 200 miles, which should be plenty for most customers. The promo site also touts that the batteries can recharge in nine hours from the automaker's 240-volt home charger. Inside, buyers find a high-tech cabin with a customizable 10.2-inch infotainment screen and an 8-inch instrument display. To limit range anxiety, the vehicle's computers can take into account the way an owner drives, the weather, terrain, and more to calculate just how much distance remains from the batteries. The system also pushes people to be greener drivers through a game-like interface that offers rewards and rankings. Jaguar I-Pace vs. Tesla Model 3 and other EVs: How they compare on paper

The 200-mile club of electric vehicles is really growing. The most recent member is the Jaguar I-Pace, the company's first pure EV. It promises luxury, performance, style, and most important, good range. Nearly as recent is the Hyundai Kona EV, and while it doesn't promise luxury or performance like the Jaguar (it's also smaller), it does pack impressive range. With the introduction of both of these electric cars, we thought we would see how they compare against each other, and the other two big names in high-capacity electric cars: the Chevy Bolt EV and the Tesla Model 3. This isn't intended to be a direct, apples-to-apples comparison, as the four are quite different. If anything, they break into two groups: bigger and more luxurious, and smaller and less expensive. Then again, the number of vehicles with this electric range is small and comparisons to EV's with less range wouldn't be too kind to the other guys. Horsepower and torque There is one clear winner here, and that's the Jaguar I-Pace. It packs a whopping 394 horsepower and 512 pound-feet of torque. That comes through a pair of electric motors (one at the front, another at the rear) that provide the Jag with all-wheel drive, the only one of these vehicles to offer it (at the moment). Altogether, it allows the I-Pace to have the best 0-60 mph time of 4.5 seconds. At the other end of the spectrum is the Hyundai Kona EV. It's front-drive, like the Bolt EV, and has effectively the same amount of horsepower as the Chevy at 201 horsepower, but its 0-60-mph time is almost a second slower. And the low-range version of the Kona, excluded because it doesn't go more than 200 miles between charges, is slower still. The Tesla Model 3 is the only vehicle with rear-wheel drive, and with a 0-60 mph of 5.1 seconds for the Long Range model, it is still very quick. Range and energy use Frequently, the all-consuming question with electric cars is, "How far can I go on a charge?" And to go the farthest, you need the long-range Tesla Model 3. It can go 310 miles. It has the added advantage of being able to use the network of Tesla Supercharger stations, though they are pay-per-use with the Model 3. Even the lower capacity Model 3, with just 220 miles of range, can use these stations.
