This is a 1968 that looks like a 67 as the side markers are shaved and the stake pockets as well. The rear bumper is new and the front has a roll pan. the body is super straight and the paint looks beautiful but not what I would call show quality, probably better than driver as it does have minor flaws here and there.(its a driver) and a good one at that. Has spray in bed liner also
Motor is a 4 bolt main 350 with later model 194 heads, machine work done here at Morrison's(highly respected machine shop here in phoenix). flat top 4 valve relief pistons stock truck rods, cam is a split duration so you get the lift and do not suffer the overlap(low speed and idle quality), works real well, IT REALLY GETS WITH IT IF YOU KNOW WHAT IM SAYIN... Edelbrock dual plane manifold and a worked q-jet work pretty well together, mid length headers running through 2 1/2 pipes and flowmaster mufflers with stainless side dumps. the truck has power steering. The trans is a nise crisp shifting turbo 350 with a bpo 1800 converter. The rear is an open carrier and around 373 ratio. Cooling system is a new double pass aluminum radiator, factory fan clutch and shroud and stock water pump.
The seats are leather with a center section that makes a console or folds up to be a third seat, There is dynomat under the new carpet and sound deadner, custom carpeted gas tank partition has been added for looks .The window run channel and felts along with the cab weather strip has been replaced. Windshield and seal are new as well. Door locks and ignition all on the same key and all work as they should.
The front end has new ball joints and the truck now has disk brakes and a 5 lug conversion including the rear axel's,. The frame has one small area on the front right where it ha s been grafted for some reason but it appears to be a quality weld (pictured).........../.
I am sure there might be specific questions you may have ,so feel free to e-mail me and I will be happy to answer them. I will be of any assistance I can to help with shipping but the cost is the buyer responsibility.

2016 Chevrolet Malibu First Drive [w/video]
Mon, Dec 7 2015You have to appreciate honesty in this business. When a car company admits its offering in a segment isn't up to the task, it catches you by surprise. The surprisingly open Chevy reps stopped short of saying that making the last Malibu smaller was a mistake, but given that the righting of the ship included a lengthening of this new model, it was certainly implied. The eighth-generation Malibu lasted only three years, with a major update coming just one year in to try and fix some of the bigger concerns. The goal for the 2016 Malibu wasn't to make a competent product better, it was to make an okay one good again. That started with a stretch. The Malibu is long again, a big car that meets America's warped idea of a midsized car. Because of this, the Malibu's dimensions sidle up to the Impala's. In fact, it's within a fraction of an inch of the Impala's wheelbase measurement, and sits right between the last Malibu and the Impala in terms of EPA passenger volume. The back seat gets the most of the payoff, bringing it back into competition with other midsized counterparts. The Malibu is now one of the longest in the segment, but also among, if not the, lightest. The 2016 model is claimed to be about 300 pounds lighter than its dimensionally challenged predecessor. While most new models tend to choose between lighter or larger these days, Chevy managed not-insignificant improvements to both. Styling doo-dads no longer separate the trim levels, it's the features inside that fuel the upsell. Some of that weight came out of the front end. The aluminum hood is lighter than before, and we'd wager that's because it stops very short of the leading edge of the car. Instead, the nose is enshrouded in a big plastic fascia, which has to be an advantage at the scales but creates a somewhat unfinished look. That's amplified by the fact that everything ahead of the hood is a bit busy, and actually surprisingly aggressive, in contrast to the rest of the design. The new Cruze, with its cowl-to-grille hood, wears a more cohesive new-Chevy front end. The styling adopts the, dare we say it, coupe-like look of many (most?) new family sedans. The profile is attractive enough but almost generic now since the Chrysler 200, Ford Fusion, and others have already moved in this direction. The rear-end styling is inoffensive, almost original Mercedes CLS meets current Impala.
Shanghai debuts, Jeep's new Rubicon anniversary rigs | Autoblog Podcast # 777
Fri, Apr 21 2023In this episode of the Autoblog Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore is joined by Associate Editor Byron Hurd for a recap of the past week's worldwide debuts along with some updates from their recent adventures. They start off discussing the rumors of a new Ford Mustang Raptor and what that means in the context of previous rumors of a Corvette SUV. Then it's time to talk Shanghai, where Polestar, Buick, Volkswagen, Porsche and Lincoln all had big reveals. After that, they segue to Byron's trip to Moab for the 2023 Easter Jeep Safari preview where he drove the AEV Level II Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 20th Anniversary Edition. From there, they reminisce about Mustangs in a nod to the nameplate's 59th anniversary, after which they stick to the theme with a sub-$15,000 RWD used-car discussion. Is there anything worth buying in this price bracket in today's economy? Personal testimonies show real-world effect of plugging in with Chevy Volt
Mon, Jan 13 2014At this point, there are tens of thousands of individual stories about what it's like to live with a Chevrolet Volt. But it also remains informative to take a look at one of these in depth. For example, one Atlanta-area Volt owner says he's cut his cents-per-mile ownership costs by almost 40 percent compared to his previous car primarily because of his ability to drive almost all the time on electric power. Jeffrey Cohen told Clean Technica that he put about 14,000 miles on his Volt extended-range plug-in hybrid for the year that ended October 2013, and that more than 92 percent of those were on electrons. He estimates his "lifetime" miles per gallon rating at a whopping 384 mpg, a figure pushed upward by the fact that he installed a Level 2 charger at home while his employer added an external 110-volt charger at work. Cohen is spending 45 cents a mile for his car, compared to 73 cents in his Infiniti M35. As a result, he's spending 45 cents a mile for his car, compared to 73 cents a mile with his prior vehicle, an Infiniti M35. About two-thirds of those Volt costs are for the $349-a-month lease payments, while 15 percent is insurance, 11 percent is for the charger and seven percent for the gas and electricity that actually powers the car. Helping lower that last figure is an overnight electricity rate that's about 10 percent of Cohen's daytime rate. Chevy parent General Motors hopes such testimonies will re-trigger sales for the Volt in 2014. Last year, GM sold 23,094 Volts, down 1.6 percent from 2012. We expect our readers have similar stories they'd like to share in the Comments.
