I am selling my 1967 Chevy C 10 Custom Long bed truck. The pictures were taken 7-27-13
It came from Tn and has No rust. It has a base coat clear coat paint job that is a month old. Every time I park it, I come out to some body saying what a Awesome color combo and how Nice it is. Bumpers, body side moldings, emblems, door handles are all new. New windshield and sliding back window. All new weather stripping and bumper stops. The bed and all the jams were all painted.
The interior is all brand new as well. It has new carpet, door panels, dash pad, headliner, seat cover, floor mats, etc... Behind the folding seat is a brand new gas tank and sender. It has after marker gauges and a remote cd player in the glove box. The heat and de fogger work.
The truck runs and drives Great. It is a 350 ( I was told out of a 70 Chevelle 300 Hp ) with a Turbo 400. It has Power steering and Power brakes. It has a brand new aluminum radiator. Under the hood is all painted and clean. There is a new aluminum intake and new electric choke Edelbrock carb. Besides that the motor is pretty much stock. There is brand new duel exhaust. It fires up the first flick of the key every time.
The truck is straight and solid. Under the truck is clean. The floors and bed of truck are solid.
There are to many new parts to list. If you are interested give me your # and I will call you. I have a clear NJ title. The mileage says actual but the speedometer needs to be hooked up at the tranny. Feel free to ask questions ( Dumb ones will be deleted so Don't waste your time ) I will accept Cash or bank check or transfer. Any form of check I WILL NOT let the truck leave my yard for 10 business days. Truck is sold AS - IS where is. Buyer pays all shipping and taxes.
Truck is Super clean. It is Not a #'s matching truck. It is Not a Barret Jackson truck. It is a Great truck to go on a cruise or a local car show.
I have a new truck cover that goes with the sale, and the original shot gun rack that was taken off to paint the inside of the truck.
If you want me to put a Buy it Now, let me know what your offer is.

Should heavy-duty pickup trucks have window stickers with fuel mileage estimates?
Sat, Sep 23 2017If you were to stroll into your nearest Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Nissan, or Ram dealership, you'd find a bunch of pickup trucks. Most of those would have proper window stickers labeled with things like base prices, options prices, location of manufacture, and, crucially, fuel economy estimates. But you'd also run across a number of heavy-duty trucks with no such fuel mileage data from the Environmental Protection Agency. The EPA doesn't require automakers to publish the valuable miles-per-gallon measurement for vehicles with gross weight ratings that exceed 8,500 pounds. That makes it difficult for consumers to compare behemoths powered by turbocharged diesel engines – between one another, and between smaller, gasoline-fueled trucks. Consumer Reports doesn't think it should be this way, and it's spearheading an effort (PDF link) to get the government to require manufacturers to publish fuel economy estimates. In its own testing, CR found that heavy-duty pickups powered by Ford's Power Stroke, GM's Duramax, and FCA's Cummins diesel engines (which doesn't include the Ram's EcoDiesel) get worse fuel mileage than their lighter-duty gas-powered siblings. We're not so sure HD-truck buyers are unaware of this fact – big diesels don't really come into their own until big loads are placed in their beds or attached to their trailer hitches. Under heavy workloads, the diesel trucks will almost certainly return greater efficiency than a similar gas-powered truck. What's more, HD trucks with lumbering diesels in general make the driver feel more confident while towing due to greater torque at low engine RPM than gas trucks. They also offer greater max-weight limits. Still, we agree EPA fuel mileage estimates should be offered for heavy-duty pickups. And we think the comparisons provided by Consumer Reports might be interesting to potential buyers. Click here to see the results of CR's tests, and let us know what you think using the poll below. GM global sales off slightly this year
Fri, Oct 16 2015General Motors saw a slight dip in global sales through the first nine months of the year. In that time, the automaker moved 7.2 million vehicles – down 1.3 percent from 2014. For the third quarter alone, the numbers were down 3.1 percent with a worldwide volume of 2.3 million. The automaker had a better performance in North America, as Chevrolet is showing strength with some of its best crossover sales ever, and pickup trucks were up 16 percent for the year. Volume on the continent advanced 4.9 percent through September to nearly 2.7 million vehicles. The third quarter improved that figure even further with a 5.2-percent jump and deliveries of about 931,000. Elsewhere in the world, things were more mixed in the third quarter. European deliveries jumped 1.1 percent, but the company was still down 6.3 percent there for the year so far. Volume in China also fell 4.2 percent, but the country showed 1.6-percent growth through the first nine months. South America took the biggest, hit with Q3 numbers dropping 30.8 percent. While GM is seeing a small sales drop globally, the company could still climb up the ranking of the world's largest automakers by the end of the year. Volkswagen had the top spot in the first half of 2015, but since then, the German company has been rocked by an international emissions scandal. GM Sold 7.2 Million Vehicles in the First Nine Months of 2015 DETROIT – General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM) sold 7.2 million vehicles globally in the first nine months of 2015. The company posted sales increases in four of its five largest markets, with record sales in China and strong retail sales gains in the United States. Total sales were down 1 percent, due primarily to the company's previously announced decisions to strategically reduce its presence in certain markets, as well as difficult market conditions in South America. "Our unwavering focus on the customer is paying off in our largest and most important markets as we execute one successful launch after another in the right segments," said GM President Dan Ammann. "At the same time, we have reacted quickly to challenging macroeconomic environments in other markets and have shown the discipline to exit situations where we see no long-term path to acceptable returns." Examples of GM's recent success include: GM truck sales in North America were up 16 percent in the first nine months of 2015, driven by a 17 percent increase in Chevrolet truck deliveries in the United States.
