The car is a true barn find we recently pulled it from the barn where it's been for a very long time. Car runs and drives down the road. Car was painted sometime ago and is close to the original color but the yellow is not correct. Very dry car the floors and spare tire area along with the tailgate are solid. Small Block power plant with 3/sd on the column with overdrive. The radio even still plays fine. Both headlights are the T-3's. The car is complete and needs either a complete resto or tune it up and drive it as a Rat Rod like it sits. Car was built in Oakland Ca.

Watch a 2015 Corvette Z06 run the quarter in 11.7 seconds
Sun, Dec 28 2014We're not writing about this because it's an amazing run, we're writing about it because it appears to be the first run. Someone took a 2015 Corvette Z06 to Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas and blasted it down through the quarter mile. It's still wearing the dealer number in wax pen on the windshield and dealer plates, so this example is fresh from the mold. It's also a seven-speed manual. General Motors said the row-your-own Z06 can do the 'strip in 11.2 seconds, and they undoubtedly had a professional driver and more than one run to set that time. To have Just Some Guy show up at the raceway and do an 11.7 at 120.54 mph on his first run means we expect good things to come as Z06s get delivered to their owners. Check out the run in the video.

Trophy truck chases Sasquatch driving a side-by-side for Recoil 3
Fri, Nov 13 2015Last year's Recoil 2 video of BJ Baldwin blasting through the outskirts of Ensenada, Mexico, in his trophy truck was already a fantastic improvement over the original clip. For the third installment in the series, he and his amazing camera team somehow turn up the excitement even higher. Rather than going back to the desert, Baldwin heads into the woods of the Pacific Northwest for some Sasquatch hunting in Recoil 3. Not only is the mythical beast quite real in this video, but it's apparently quite good at piloting a side-by-side too. The result is a high-speed chase through the forest that eventually moves to the urban jungle. Like in the previous Recoil clips, Baldwin showcases his amazing control over the 800-horsepower truck, and the suspension soaks up serious punishment from some huge jumps. The cinematography makes the stunts look even more exhilarating by always showing the perfect angle of the action.
