This is a very clean 2007 Escalade ESV all wheel drive. It is the best GM has to offer in a full size luxury SUV. It is the same size as a Chevrolet Suburban or a GMC Yukon XL Denali. But it is not the same when it comes to luxury. It has a smoother suspension and a more powerful 403 horse power 6.2L v8. It also has a larger Navigation screen and 6 disc DVD player with 2 screens. Sunroof, heated and cooled front seats, heated rear captain seats, power folding seats, power lift gate, remote start, rain sense wipers, auto lights, 22 inch chrome wheels, rear view camera, heated steering wheel, you name it it and its got it. I have the original window sticker with an MSRP of $70170 and a new one is over 80000. We are non smokers and have both sets of keys along with the remote and 4 headsets for the DVD. Only 55000 miles and very clean inside and out I just had it gone over in service and repaired a front axle seal, hub bearing, and new brake pads and rotors. This vehicle does not need a thing. I would not be selling it but we are building a house and need some extra cash so my wife had to choose. I will have to buy another one after the house is done.

Cadillac issues stop-sale on recalled CTS, SRX
Mon, 21 Jul 2014General Motors has issued a stop-sale order on the Cadillac CTS and SRX, both of which were recalled late last month. Why the stop-sale after all this time? Well, um, GM apparently doesn't know how to fix them.
The stop-sale covers all used Cadillac CTS sedans, coupes and wagons from model years 2003 to 2013, as well as new 2014 coupes and wagons. The SRX crossover stop-sale, meanwhile, only covers used vehicles from model years 2004 to 2006.
Automotive News reached out to GM spokesperson Alan Adler, who told the news pub that the company's engineers were "looking at one common solution" for the affected vehicles, although "they don't have it yet."
Cadillac planning more Vsport models
Wed, 28 Aug 2013There's a new intermediate class of luxury performance cars emerging. Audi has been doing it for years with its S-line bridging the gap, in many cases, between the standard fare and the full-on RS performance range. BMW's getting in on it with the M Sport line slotting in below the full M models. And now Cadillac is joining the fun with its Vsport offerings.
Models like the CTS Vsport and XTS Vsport are packing a new 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 with 410 or more horsepower (along with bigger wheels and brakes) to slot in between the standard model and any impending V variant. Well, it appears Cadillac isn't about to stop there.
Speaking with The Detroit News, Cadillac product chief Hampden Tener revealed that, based on the response to the XTS Vsport, the brand is planning more Vsport models. He did not, however, indicate which would be the next to get the slightly sportier treatment. With the full ATS-V expected to pack a version of the same engine powering the aforementioned XTS and CTS Vsport models, an ATS Vsport would have to pack a smaller engine to fit in below. That only leaves the SRX crossover, Escalade SUV and the upcoming ELR hybrid. Food for thought.
Akerson says Cadillac will get a larger sedan within two years
Mon, 22 Jul 2013It seems that during a recent affair showing off the 2014 Cadillac CTS, General Motors CEO Dan Akerson confirmed reports regarding a new Cadillac flagship sedan. According to USA Today, which Akerson was visiting, he said that a sedan larger than the XTS would debut within the next two years.
This matches up with what we heard earlier in the month about a Cadillac model that will go up against the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class (not a pricier, low-volume sedan also discussed in that article). But this is the first time a high-profile executive name has been attributed to such a report, and the first time a broad timeframe has been mentioned. This article adds that the unnamed car will be rear-, and all-wheel drive with a platform "loosely based" on the new CTS, with styling closer to that car than recent Cadillac concept vehicles. The XTS will continue production of course, as well.
