You are looking at my 2007 Cadillac Escalade. I have had this vehicle for approximately 2 years and it has been great to me. I am the 4th owner of the vehicle (I don't know why autocheck calculated 5 owners).

The vehicle comes equipped with AWD and every option available in 2007. The vehicle also includes a number of aftermarket upgrades. All of the major work has been done at the dealership and therefore full service records are available at any Cadillac dealer. I purchased the car with a full 7-year, 100K mile Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned warranty. Before the warranty ran out, which was about 6k miles ago, I had the dealership go over the car top to bottom and they performed approximately $6,000 worth of repairs. Therefore, the car is in exception mechanical shape and needs nothing.

Options:
As I already mentioned this car has every option that was available in 2007. Some of the more notable options include the:
1. White Diamond TriCoat paint;
2. Navigation (I upgraded the Navigation software and maps to the 2012 version, but I still have the 2007 OEM disc);
3. Heated and Cooled Seats;
4. Heated Steering Wheel;
5. Rear Entertainment (Includes 2 wireless headsets and a remote control);
6. Satellite Radio;
7. Running boards; and
8. 3rd Row Seating

Upgrades:
In addition to the various factory options, the previous owner added a number of very desirable after market options including the:
1. HID Fog lamps;
2. Cadillac OEM Platinum taillights (These are very expensive from the dealership);
3. 24" DVS rims - I put in the factory Tire Pressure sensors into the rims, so they are fully compatible with the car. The tires have about 50% of thread remaining. The rims are color-coded to the car and match the exterior paint perfectly;
4. Headlight Covers - These are also in the factory paint color and match the car perfectly;
5. Strut style chrome grill;
6. Chrome gills and tow-hook covers;
7. Cat-back Magnaflow exhaust; and
8. Front window tints.

Repairs and Maintenance:
Prior to the warranty running out, which was about 6K miles ago, the dealership did approximately $6,000 worth of work to the car. Some of the major items include changing the motor mounts, replacing the oil pan gasket and the transmission cooler lines, replacing the climate control module, replacing the headrests, replacing the arm rest (the arm rest is now from the 2012+ model), replacing various other interior and exterior trim pieces, and other minor repairs. The dealership did an excellent job and the car is mechanically perfect. There are no lights on the dash or leaks from the drive train. The car has been trouble free. Since the warranty has expired, I am selling the car AS-IS.

The dealer recently checked all of the fluids and they were fine. I also did a recent oil change (less than 500 miles ago) and I recently replaced the front rotors and pads (about 6k miles ago) with OEM Cadillac parts. The car is mechanically perfect and needs nothing in the near future.

Condition:
The car is in great condition for the age and the mileage. It is probably one of the cleanest 2007 models on the market. The front bumper has some rock chips and light scratches, but they are minor and hardly noticeable. There are also two small door dings on right-side rear door, also very minor and unnoticeable.  Inside, the carpet and the seats are very clean. The only real defect is the scratch on the aluminum panel on the dash, but it is also not very noticeable.  I took ample amount of pictures so you can pretty much see everything.

Other items:

Please note that I am a private seller, so the new buyer can potentially save money on sales tax. Also, I can help the buyer arrange pick up or shipping of the vehicle. If you have any other question please contact me via ebay messages.

I have 2 sets of keys (1 set has been upgraded to the 2008+ key fob) and the owner's manual. Title is in hand, no liens are on the vehicle.

2020 Cadillac CT4 spied completely undisguised for the first time

Wed, Jun 19 2019

A few weeks ago, Cadillac gave us our first look at its new small luxury sports sedan in the form of the CT4-V. This was a bit unusual considering the company hadn't shown us the regular one yet, and the reveal is still off in the not-too-distant future. But we were lucky enough to catch a normal 2020 Cadillac CT4 parked at a local gas station completely and totally undisguised. Based on what we know about other recent Cadillacs and their trim and design, this CT4 is probably a Luxury or Premium Luxury trim, since it has plenty of bright chrome and red taillights instead of dark gray ones. The differences from the CT4-V are subtle. The mesh grilles of the V are swapped for a main grille studded with small Cadillac badge shapes and the lower grille has simple slats. The little air intakes by the lower sections of the running lights are smaller than the ones on the V. This car also lacks the V's side skirts and wider canards on the edges of the front bumper. There doesn't appear to be a rear spoiler either. While we've had a good look at the exterior of the CT4, we'll have to wait until the car's full reveal later this year to know what's under the skin. We do know that it will continue to use the Alpha platform shared with the CT5, Camaro and the old ATS and CTS. We suspect the base engine will be the same 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 from the CT5, which makes 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Since the CT4-V uses a turbo 4-cylinder that makes 320 horsepower and 369 horsepower, there might not be a V6 option for the regular CT4. The CT5's twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 makes more power and torque, so that's out, and the old ATS's naturally aspirated V6 made 335 horsepower and 285 pound-feet of torque, which would be uncomfortably close the CT4-V's specs. But we could see a V6 of some sort in an even more potent V iteration of the CT4 later.

Cadillac puts on a big performance for the Oscars with 'Rise' campaign

Sun, Feb 24 2019

Cadillac skipped the Super Bowl, saving its big play for the 91st Oscars telecast tonight. America's luxury brand has a presence planned for nearly every medium, from television to Twitter to stairstep stories tied into the new commercial campaign. Speaking of which, that campaign is called "Rise," and lauds the "now-complete SUV portfolio" as well as Cadillac's determination to get back to the top. Four new spots will debut: "Rise Above," celebrating the XT6 and the rest of the new range, "Take the Stage," focused on the Escalade, "Make Your Escape," all about the XT4, "Take Flight," for the XT5. The first commercial will be 60 seconds, while the other three are 30-second spots. Cadillac chose Childish Gambino's song "Me and Your Mama" for the campaign soundtrack — it works a lot better than you might guess based on the track name. Beyond that, the Cadillac logo will grace the red carpet, the first time any commercial logo has made a home on the walk of honor. The stairs will be decorated with blue horizontals, inspired by the stair-like pattern of blue in the Cadillac crest. The blue in the carmaker's logo is said to represent "knightly valor" — which, yes, is totally made up, but Cadillac made it up a long time ago, not for this campaign. The real point is that two celebrities in attendance will stand on the steps and present their own stories of rising up. You can check out all the commercials here, watch them unveiled in real time during the Oscars telecast, keep up with what your eleventy hundred Twitter friends think by checking out the hashtag #KeepRising, and finish it off with some time on the Keep Rising microsite.

Cadillac Celestiq, Lyriq, Hummer, other future GM electric cars: Here's everything we saw at ‘EV Day’

Wed, Mar 4 2020

WARREN, Mich. — Today, General Motors held an “EV Day” event at its Warren, Michigan, campus to present its new “Ultium” battery technology, modular electric vehicle architecture and soon-to-come electric vehicles. Unfortunately, we were forbidden from bringing cameras into the event, so while we canÂ’t show you what we saw, we can tell you more about it. While we saw the previously teased Cadillac EV (which we now know to be called the Lyriq) and the GMC Hummer pickup teased during the Super Bowl, there were a number of other future cars at the event, which GM President Mark Reuss assured us are all real vehicles in the works. The biggest surprise came at the end of the event, though, in the Cadillac Celestiq electric sedan, which Reuss described as a future flagship that would be hand-built “very locally.” It had been hiding under a dark sheet all morning, with the front and rear illuminated Cadillac emblems shining from underneath. When the wraps came off, we saw a long, white, four-seat fastback sedan. The 23-inch wheels were pushed out to the very corners of the car, giving it what appeared to be a very long wheelbase. The model on the stage had no side mirrors or visible door handles. The grille mirrored that of the Lyriq crossover next to it, with integrated lighting in lieu of the usual mesh or slats youÂ’d see in an internal combustion car. The entire roof, all the way until it tapered to the tail of the vehicle, was tinted glass. In back, vertical tail lighting ran down the C-pillar before turning rearward across the top of the trunk. Inside, everything below the beltline of the windows — essentially all but the headrests and top portion of the steering wheel, was hidden from view. Behind the Celestiq, a large digital display showed a rendering of its interior. The dash consists of a pillar-to-pillar curved LED display serving as both instrument panel and infotainment system. Protruding forward between the front seats was another touchscreen that appeared to house some more controls, with open area, probably for storage, below it. The rear seats had the same sort of touchscreen between them. Built into the back of the front seats were a pair of rear-seat entertainment screens, much like we saw in the Lyriq. The door panels blended wood, metal and animated lighting to give character and a sense of opulence. GM interior design manager Tristan Murphy was on hand to tell us a bit more about the Celestiq.
