HELLO FOLKS,

YOU ARE LOOKING AT A RARE FIND HERE, 2001 CADILLAC ELDORADO ESC 2 DOOR COUPE WHICH ONLY HAS 14,300 MILES ON IT. YES....ONLY HAS 14,300 REAL MILES ON IT!!!  THIS CAR HAS NEVER BEEN WRECKED, REPAINTED OR HAD ANYTHING ELSE EVER DONE TO IT, IT IS AS PERFECT AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A CAR WITH SUCH LOW LOW MILES.

THE INTERIOR LOOKS AS GOOD AS IT DID WHEN IT ROLLED OFF THE ASSEMBLY LINE, EVERYTHING LOOKS NEW.  THE EXTERIOR PAINT LOOKS NEW, GARAGED KEPT!!

HERE IS THE STORY AS I WAS TOLD...IT WAS OWNED BY A WELL TO DO OLDER LADY THAT REALLY HAD NOWHERE TO GO ON A DAILY BASIS.  5 YEARS AGO, SHE HIRED A LADY TO HELP TAKE CARE OF HER INSTEAD OF GOING INTO A NURSING HOME. LAST YEAR, THE LADIES DAUGHTER THOUGHT IT WAS NOW TIME TO PUT HER IN A NURSING HOME AND SO AS A BONUS, GAVE THE LADY THAT WAS TAKING CARE OF HER MOTHER THIS CAR. SEVERAL MONTHS LATER SHE DROVE THIS CAR FROM ARIZONA TO TEXAS TO VISIT HER SON. WHILE SHE WAS VISITING HER SON, SHE SUFFERED A STROKE AND NOW WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO DRIVE.

I AM A CAR DEALER THAT PRIDES MYSELF IN FINDING PERFECT CARS TO SELL AT A FAIR PROFIT AND IN FACT, MOST OF MY CUSTOMERS ARE FROM WORD OF MOUTH.  I OCCASIONALLY PUT SOME VEHICLES HERE ON EBAY AND WITH SAYING THAT, PLEASE CHECK MY FEEDBACKS AS I HAVE A 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK RATING AND I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KEEP IT THAT WAY.

THERE IS A SILVER DOLLAR SIZE SCUFF ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT BUMPER CORNER AND THERE IS A SCUFF ON THE PASSENGERS SIDE SIDE MOLDING THAT HAS BEEN TOUCHED UP PAINTED. I ONLY MENTION THIS BECAUSE IF I GET ONE OF THOSE REALLY PICKY PEOPLE THAT THINKS THAT JUST BECAUSE IT IS LIKE NEW, WHICH THIS IS, THEY DON'T TAKE IN CONSIDERATION THAT NOTHING IS 100 PERCENT PERFECT ONCE YOU DRIVE IT DOWN THE ROAD.

ALSO, THE MAIN ASHTRAY ON THE CONSOLE IS MISSING AND THE COVER DOOR WILL NOT STAY CLOSED.

I WILL DO EVERYTHING ON MY END HERE TO HELP GET THIS SHIPPED TO YOU OR EVEN BETTER,  PICK YOU UP AT THE AIRPORT (DALLAS/FORT WORTH DFW AIRPORT) AND YOU CAN HAVE THE FUN OF DRIVING THIS CAR HOME.

AGAIN, THIS CAR LOOKS LIKE NEW, DRIVES LIKE NEW AND IS AS CLOSE TO NEW AS YOU WILL FIND. EVEN WHEN I LOOK UNDERNEATH THIS CAR, IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS NOT BEEN DRIVEN IN THE RAIN, MAYBE GONE THROUGH A PUDDLES BUT LOOKS GREAT AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR WOULD LIKE MORE CLOSE UP PICTURES, PLEASE CALL ME, I HAVE HAD THE SAME CELL PHONE NUMBER FOR 15 YEARS AND I DO ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS PROMPTLY.

CELL (817) 715-3403

THANKS FOR LOOKING,

MIKE

Cadillac XT3 caught covered in copious camouflage

Wed, Feb 15 2017

While a bit difficult to tell thanks to the impressive camouflage used, what we're looking at here is likely the upcoming Cadillac XT3. There are a few details that stand out to lend credence to this prediction. There are a handful of sharp angles scattered throughout that are in line with Cadillac's modern design language. Specifically in the LED running lights and on the side mirrors. The rear profile also is reminiscent of the current, and slightly larger XT5. The rear lights extend into the D-pillars, which would match the current Escalade. We get a pretty clear picture of the rear suspension on this XT3. It's clearly an independent rear suspension using coil springs. While General Motors uses independent suspension on some of its crossovers, we can't quite match it to a particular model. We believe that if the XT3 is based on an existing model (which it almost certainly is), the platform and suspension have been substantially modified. The XT3 could use a version of the D2XX platform that underpins the Buick Envision. However, we know from a previous report that the XT3 will likely be built at the factory that produces the Buick LaCrosse and Chevy Malibu. The XT5 uses a modified version of the LaCrosse/Malibu platform, so it's possible the XT3 could use a shorter version of the XT5 chassis. Depending on how small the XT3 ends up being, it might even share a platform with the Chevy Trax and Buick Encore. However, considering their economy car roots and torsion-bar rear suspension, we think that's the least likely. Regardless of what chassis is underneath its crisp bodywork, we expect the XT3 to be released sometime next year. Related Video:

Jay Leno welcomes a 2016 Cadillac CTS-V into the garage

Tue, Nov 17 2015

After checking out a multitude of classic cars and customs over the past few weeks, Jay Leno switches things up with a modern performance machine in the latest video from the garage – a 2016 Cadillac CTS-V. Leno is curious about Caddy's attempt to challenge the BMW M5 and Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S, and he takes a long, technical look at the sedan with chief engineer David Leone. Not content to just peek under the hood, Leno puts the CTS-V up on the rack to see what it packs underneath the svelte body. Once he gets the lowdown on the Caddy's engineering, it's time for a drive. Leno also flexes his interviewing skills while behind the wheel and gets even more info about the CTS-V's capabilities from Leone. He seems fairly impressed, but Leno's most entertaining question about the 640-horsepower sedan is whether it can do a burnout. He provides a definitive answer to that at the end of the clip. New Cadillac ELR ad more educational, less controversial than 'Poolside'

Mon, Mar 24 2014

Cadillac's first TV commercial for its ELR plug-in hybrid, Poolside, was a smash hit, in that a lot of people saw and talked about it. The 60-second spot didn't say the car was a plug-in, took potshots at the work ethic of all non-Americans and has raked in over a million views on YouTube (you can add one more here). Caddy's new ELR video will get a lot less media attention, but that's exactly the point. Cadillac claims it was happy with the way actor Neil McDonough strutted his way into the controversial ELR discussion. This time around, though, the coupe gets promoted in a more traditional way: with information about the car and what it can do - you know, drive on electricity, capture braking energy into the battery, go further on gas power when needed, those kinds of things – courtesy of GM's executive chief engineer for electrified vehicles, Pam Fletcher. The tone of the video has not been changed because of the Poolside controversy. David Caldwell, manager of Cadillac communications, tells AutoblogGreen that the new video is not destined for TV and is completely different because it's meant for a different audience. "It doesn't have any direct relation to Poolside," he says. "TV advertising is not necessarily the heart of marketing something like the ELR. Notwithstanding the fact that we had a very thought-provoking ad [laughs]." "We definitely have a need to communicate what the ELR is" - Cadillac's David Caldwell The way you reach out to people via the web is different than the mass-media techniques used in spots like Poolside during big TV events (it aired during the Winter Olympics). The two video spots are different because you need to offer different information in different ways, for example having an ELR website as well as an iPad filled with ELR information at the dealership. For Cadillac, TV is "not going to be the predominant methodology," used to sell the ELR, Caldwell said, "the web is closer to what you need to do to reach people. We definitely have a need to communicate what the ELR is. It's not television advertising at all." Caldwell said a handful of other short videos similar to the new one will go live in the near future, showcasing design and powertrain aspects of the car. Keep an eye out for them – just don't look for them on TV. You can watch the new video below.
