HEAD GASKET LEAKING, This car was very reliable and good overall condition-mileage is just over 100,000. The engine was never overheated but started using coolant, it was tested and found to be leaking coolant in the #5 cylinder. This may be a good car for someone to repair, it was reliable up to this point and maintained. The tires were just replaced in the fall with michelin's (around $800)
The car has been parked since this condition was dicovered (March 4) but does run and drive fine, would probably be okay to travel short distance as long as the coolant level was maintained.
The car has some minor blemishes here and there to be expected from a car with this age, the front center cap is missing on the driver side (recent) and the driver window is barely operating.

Is this the 2014-15 Cadillac Escalade?
Fri, 19 Apr 2013Following the introduction of the redesigned Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra, we're expecting General Motors won't wait too much longer to show off the next-generation fullsize SUVs that share this platform - including the Cadillac Escalade. It's still not clear if the next Escalade will debut for the 2014 or 2015 model years, but Carscoops has what it claims to an exclusive first look of the new Cadillac, revealing a portion of the headlight, front fascia and wheel.
Judging from this small picture, it looks like the Escalade could incorporate styling cues that we've seen on new Cadillac models like the ELR and the 2014 CTS, but that article says that other design details could include tall, vertical taillights similar to the CTS Wagon, staggered-width wheels and a narrower daylight opening for the side windows. The last time we saw the fourth-generation 'Slade back in October in spy shots, the heavy camouflage prevented us from getting an idea of the luxury SUV's appearance, but this image and description gives us something to look forward to. The Gas Guzzler schedule, with mpg ratings and charges that haven't changed since 1991, lays out which fuel-swillers owe what to Uncle Sam.
I started thinking about the "Gas Guzzler Tax" - considerably less well known as The Energy Tax Act of 1978 - when I was driving Dodge's new Challenger SRT Hellcat last week. Unsurprisingly for a car that can burn 1.5 gallons of gas per minute at max tilt, theoretically able to empty a full tank of premium in about 13 minutes, the Hellcat will be subject to the Gas Guzzler Tax schedule when it goes on sale.
