1974 Caddy Eldo convertible up for auction with only 65k miles.
Engine, 500 V8 with automatic transmission.
Options include disc brakes, telescoping and tilt steering wheel,
60/40 split power bench seat, twilight sentinel / auto dimming lights, power trunk release and power trunk pull down. including am/ fm auto-seek stereo with tape player.
Mechanical:
Caddy runs nice and quiet. The a/c (blows warm), the cruise control needs a new rubber "bellows" to work again.
Cosmetic:
convertible top replaced , top goes up and down easily with the push of a button, no help necessary.
Power windows work well, Interior is like new as seen in the pix.
The door panels and rear panels are also like new.
The dashboard is perfect, no cracks anywhere.
The carpet is in good shape and has no rips or bare spots.
The Caddy paint shines and looks great for 40 year old car with only small imperfection’s .
The chrome bumpers are in great shape, no pitting or fading.
When you look at, get into and drive this car it's clear that's she's always been treated with love.
She's roadworthy, all directional/brake/turn signal/headlights work, even the cool multi-color fender indicators.
Engine always starts easily. Cruises nicely on the highway, holds the road perfectly, 8.0 liter V8 moves this big caddy easily up the highway with LOTS of power.
The Caddy tracks straight as an arrow and brakes evenly, no pulling or fading.
She idles perfectly and the suspension is luxurious. T
he Eldo is almost spotless underneath; floors and trunk completely solid.
This is the last year the Eldorado had rear fender skirts.
Overall, drives like an American classic luxury car should.

Additional Fees and Taxes 
Please note that all vehicles sold to be registered in the state of California will be charged California sales tax  on the final EBay sales price and any required DMV 
licensing, smog, documentation and registration fees. 
If leaving the state or country,
the vehicle must be picked up by a professional licensed auto transportation company that can provide a bill of lading, otherwise California sales tax will be charged.
(All licensed auto transport companies provide these).
Any out of the state and international buyers will upon completion of the sale  be sent by FEDEX the title and bill of sale for the vehicle and
will be personally responsible for any sales tax and licensing and registration fees in their home state or province. 
Deposit
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact AMVTrading to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. 
An immediate $500 non-refundable deposit is required through Ebay’s Paypal service within 24 hours (2 business
days) of auction end; 
Payment of Balance Due .
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. 
All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. 
Final payment must be made with certified funds such as a CASHIERS CHECK, CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, BANK RANSFER, or CASH (in person). 
This vehicle is to be considered sold in ‘as is, where is’ condition to the highest bidder with no guaranties or warranties implied or given.
Non-refundable deposit is required through Ebay’s Paypal service to end the auction early if the "Buy it now" option is exercised and the balance in full is due within
seven of auction end in any case. In the case these terms of sale are not met seller reserves the right to either re-list the vehicle or offer the vehicle to the next highest bidder. 
CASHIERS CHECK, CASH (In Person), CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, BANK TRANSFER, 3RD PARTY FINANCING all funds must be in US dollars only.
After the sale is final we will hold the title for 15 days unless balance is paid in full with cash (in person) or bank transfer.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. 
AMVTrading can help arrange shipping but we will not be held responsible for time delays in transportation or damages to a vehicle incurred after leaving our premises.
If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Vehicle Inspection;
Mechanical inspections welcomed; if you wish to inspect the vehicle you must do so before bidding; 
upon request seller will be happy to deliver the vehicle to a local Ventura mechanic of your choice for your prepaid inspection before the reserve price is met.

No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

We do not guarantee the miles showing on teller are the correct miles
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end.
Seller will not be obligated to sell the vehicle in the event of a late or last minute retraction. 
In the event of a bid retraction within the last 24 hours of auction we reserve the right to cancel
the auction and relist the vehicle to maintain the integrity of the auction process.

Non-Paying Bidder

AMVTrading reserves the right to end the auction at any time before the reserve price is met.

There are additional miles that may be added to the vehicle due to showings and organizing transportation,
