Defects as listed, most significant is the deterioration of the rubber panels between the rear bumper and the fenders. see pictures.

New Starter, New Battery
Car was repainted in the 1990s, paint looks great.
Tires show good tread, however, I know they are at least 20+ years old, and certainly the rubber has began to deteriorate too. They hold air fine.
Biggest joke of the 70's decade....... 425 Cubic Inches and an 85 MPH Speedometer!
