have someone look at it for you. This car is in Fantastic Condition for its age. Not a spot of rust anywhere. UNDERNEATH is VERY DRY and ORIGINAL. ONLY 25,680 Miles (Note: We do not have any documentation to support the mileage, but car appears to be very well kept and in great survivor condition.) Interior: - Seats are 100% original factory black and white. They are
in fantastic shape for there age and have no issues. No tears or holes. - Dashboard is in good condition. - Carpet is very good condition. - Door panels are in good condition. - Windows ALL work as they should. - Vent fan works, radio works TOP: A new top motor has
been installed and works great. The canvas top is an older replacement and is
still in very good condition with no holes or tears. EXTERIOR: - This car was fully restored roughly 6-8 years ago. Very straight body lines. - The paint on the car is in great shape. Paint shines deep
and has little to no flaws on entire car.
- Very dry and clean underneath - This is a Rust Free Well cared for Cadillac - Bumpers are in very nice shape with no rust and good shine. Chrome on front and rear bumper is driver+ quality. - Door handles chrome is driver+ quality - All Stainless trim on car is in great shape - Some small trim pieces here and there have minor pitting but nothing major. Engine: The car starts right up easily and runs very strong. Its original 390 Motor sounds great and has plenty of power. Transmission shifts smoothly into all gears and floats down the road. Power steering works great. Can steer car with one finger. A pleasure to drive! There is no escaping the luxury all-wheel drive empire Audi has built for itself over the past 15 years. While nearly every high-end marque has at least one offering with power at all four corners, the hardware can't help but play second fiddle to Ingolstadt's Quattro kingdom. Leather-lined all-wheel drive is simply Audi the way minimum wage is an English degree. But General Motors seems hell-bent on raiding as many established fiefdoms as possible with the 2013 Cadillac ATS. Engineers and designers made no secret of the fact that the baby Cadillac was penned specifically to take on the BMW 3 Series, but Audi should be no less concerned about the newest luxury prince from Detroit.
GM has been stuffing all-wheel drive systems under their vehicles for years, but the effort hasn't come without nasty side effects. Unfortunate understeer, extra ride height, smallish wheels and porky curb weight meant opting for all-wheel drive was like signing your driving pleasure's death warrant. Would you like polished brass or brushed nickel hardware for your right foot's coffin, sir?
Cadillac XTS to become Opel flagship sedan?
Tue, 24 Jul 2012According to Auto-News.de, Opel is considering using Cadillac's all-new big sedan, the XTS, as the base for its new flagship car, which would likely carry the name Omega.
WorldCarFans.com speculates that Opel could use GM's 3.6-liter direct-injection V6 that generates 304 horsepower or, possibly, a 2.8-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine that creates 321 horsepower to power the vehicle. The European automaker could even use a 195-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine in this application - fine, since many of Europe's largest sedans are powered by smaller, more efficient engines.
Regardless of power, the Omega could arrive at dealerships by the end of 2013.
2014 Cadillac CTS starts $7k higher than last model at $46,025*
Thu, 13 Jun 2013The redesigned 2014 Cadillac CTS will be more powerful, stylish and luxurious than its predecessor, but it will also be much more expensive. With a new starting price of $46,025 (*including $925 for destination), the 2014 CTS represents a price increase of more than $7,000 compared to the 2013 model, but it should be more appropriately sized and equipped to take on rivals like the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class, which start at $47,800 and $51,900, respectively.
Available trim levels - referred to as Collections - include Luxury, Performance and Premium, offering either a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder or a 3.6-liter V6 and the choice of either rear- or all-wheel-drive configurations. For more performance, the all-new CTS Vsport model will have an asking price of $59,995. This 420-horsepower model is more powerful than both the BMW 550i and Mercedes E550 and about $2,000 less expensive than both.
There's still no word on what Cadillac has in store for a next-gen CTS-V sedan, but we're guessing power and price will both rise considerably. Scroll down for more info on the 2014 CTS that is set to go on sale this fall.
