We bought this car from the insurance company in as is condition and thus it comes with a salvage title. This is a easy fix for anyone who knows what they are doing. This is a 2011 Cadillac Cts-V with the 6.2L 556hp engine, but it also has at least the HENNESSY cold air intake. It might have other upgrades like injectors, smaller pulley on the supercharger, ect, but i am not sure. I do know that it also has a Corsa Exhaust system installed on this car and it sounds very nice. If you watched the video then you know exactly everything that i know about this car. but if you didn't then this car will need some work to the driver side rear quarter panel, trunk lid ($500 new or $300 used), tail light($300 new or $100 used), rear bumper cover ($500 new or $350 used), rear back glass ($500 new or $300 used) and curtain air bags ($500 new). I can't find any dents or scratches on this car other then the major damage on the driver side rear quarter panel area. It is also missing a chrome ring on one of the front fog light bezels. I ALSO FORGOT TO POINT OUT IN THE VIDEO, THAT THE DRIVER SIDE REAR DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES PERFECTLY AND THE GAP BETWEEN THE DOOR AND THE QUARTER PANEL LOOKS PERFECT AS WELL.

This Cts-V is for sale locally for 24,999 and thus I have the right to end this auction early if it sells before the auction is over.

We let these cars sell them self. If for any reason you feel its to much of a risk to bid on this car with out seeing it in person first, then you are more then welcome to contact any shop near me (at your cost) and i will be more then happy to take this car to any shop of your choice for a 3rd party inspection. I do what i can to provide you with all the information i have so it will help you make the best decision you can make. I do my best to be as honest and upfront as i can be. There is nothing wrong with buying a salvage title car, however you will always get the car for less money then a clean title car. Usually you can buy that car for about 70-75% of clean title value, however that number can go up or down depending on supply and demand. Clearly a car like this might be a bit more on the high side, and yet a dodge neon with a salvage title might be a bit more on the low side. Either way, the biggest thing you should know about any salvage title car is the history and how bad the accident was.

Current Title, The current title is a Wisconsin salvage title. Please check with your state before bidding. Once you get this car inspected, it should come back as a prior salvage title/rebuilt in your home state. I can get it inspected here in Minnesota, but that might not do you any good if you live out of state. If I do get it inspected here, and send the title into Minnesota, then its going to take about 3 months for the state of Minnesota to send me the prior salvage title back. I know for a fact that this car will pass a Minnesota state inspection with flying colors or your money back. Other state's might require something different, so please check before you bid. All sales are final. We will provide you with a bill of sale, title, repair receipts, ect. You shouldn't need anything more then what I listed above, but if there is, let us know and we will do our best to get you anything you need to get this vehicle inspected in your home state.

Att: Minnesota buyers, You will be charged sales tax at a rate of 6.5%, plus plates, tabs, and title transfer fees. You will also need to get this vehicle inspected with in the next year and we will provide you will all the receipts and Minnesota Affidavit of Reconstruction paperwork that you will need to get it inspected. You will be provided with a 21 day permit to drive this vehicle right away, and then we will get the plates for you and they will be mailed to you or you can pick this up if you are local. You have one year to get this vehicle inspected before Minnesota will issue you new license tabs. The inspection process is easy and only takes about 20mins. We will provide you with the dates and times of your nearest inspection center. After is has been inspected, you will get a new title back from the State of Minnesota that will give it a Prior Salvage Title Status. According to the State, that means that it is a clear title. According to everyone else, its still a salvage title.

You will be given the receipts for the repairs in the event you need them. You will also need to check with your local DMV to check the process of transferring a salvage title in your home state before you bid. You will be given a 31day permit to drive this vehicle home, but after that, you are on your own. You should be able to take the title to your dmv and get it transferred and get plates right away, but some states might have a different process that you need to go though, so please check that out before you bid. After the inspection is done in your home state, you should be issued a prior salvage/rebuilt title.

Clearly the farther away you are, the more it's going to cost. Average shipping costs are about $150 in Minnesota, $300 in upper Midwest, $500 to outer Midwest (Texas,Ohio,Montana,Colorado), and coastal areas are about $700-$900. Depending on where you are, it could take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days before you receive this vehicle.

Deposit, After this auction ends, we will need a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with in 48hrs of the end of this auction. If you come here and decide that you don't want to buy the vehicle for whatever reason, we will refund $250 of that deposit and keep $250. However if you never show up, then we will keep all the $500. Deposit can be Cash in person only, Pay Pal, Certified Bank Check, or a Bank Wire Transfer.

Total Balance Due, Any remaining balance must be paid with in 5 business days of the end of the auction. Warranty, Most auto manufacturers don't stand by the factory warranty with a car has a salvage title, however some still do. So its up to you to contact your local dealership to see if the factory warranty is still active. If you do want to check on the warranty status, all you need to do is call your local GM dealer and give them the vin number to this car and ask them if the warranty is still good. ALL auto manufacturers still do stand by recalls. So if this car is in need of a recall, take it back to the dealership and they will fix the recalled item. On the other hand, if you have any prior accident repair issues with this car with in the first 90 days let us know and we will usually take care of the problem at no charge as long as you bring the car back to us. If you live to far away to bring it back, then we will try to work something out with you.

DETROIT — When financial markets surge to new records, sales of luxury cars usually rise, too. Instead, October U.S. auto sales reports on Wednesday showed that a collapse in sales of luxury sedans is accelerating. Consumers have gradually shifted over to luxury sport utility vehicles from sedans in the past decade, but the trend Â— which has occurred in both the non-luxury and luxury sedan segments of the auto market Â— was particularly pronounced in October. Sales of Daimler AG's Mercedes-Benz S-Class, long a global benchmark for large, premium sedans, plunged 49 percent in October, and are down 24.8 percent for the year to date. General Motors' Cadillac brand said it sold just 779 of its CTS sedans in October. Demand for that car, designed to compete with German luxury sedans, is down nearly 33 percent for the year. "There's still a significant portion of the market that wants a car, but I'm sure there were people who preferred a horse to a car at one point." Cadillac's best-selling model this year is the XT5 compact SUV, which has more than doubled sales from a year ago. The shift within the luxury vehicle market away from sedans toward SUVs of all sizes is forcing some of the most prestigious brands to scramble to add SUV models to their lineups or boost SUV production to meet demand. "In the short term, there will be pressure to add (consumer) incentives, cut production or both," said Cox Automotive analyst Michelle Krebs. "And we just don't see an end in sight to this trend." The Dow Jones Industrial Average has been trading at all-time highs, usually a good sign for luxury sedans, but as major automakers reported new U.S. vehicle sales for October on Wednesday, sales for passenger cars continued their slide while luxury SUV and crossover sales rose again. According to Kelley Blue Book data, in 2007 luxury sedans made up 7.6 percent of U.S. new vehicle sales, while luxury SUVs made up 4.2 percent. Through September this year, luxury SUVs made up just over 7 percent of the market, compared with 4.9 percent for luxury sedans. In the short term, luxury brands could use holiday season sales promotions to clear slow-selling sedans off dealer lots, analysts said. Toyota's Lexus brand said on Wednesday it will launch its "December to Remember" year-end sales promotion for the 18th straight year.

President Trump might get to start his administration in a new Cadillac limo [UPDATE]

(UPDATE: Jalopnik is reporting an unidentified source claimed the new limo would not be featured in today's inauguration ceremony. The source did say however that the limo would join the presidential fleet later this year.) A rumor is going around that President-Elect Donald Trump will have a brand new set of wheels the day he takes office. The Cadillac Presidential Limousine, nicknamed "The Beast," was last refreshed in 2009 and led President Barack Obama's second inauguration-day parade. Cadillac could not confirm any timeline for the new presidential limo, nor could it confirm any specifics about the car nicknamed Beast 2.0. That's as expected, because details on the presidential limo are closely guarded and considered matters of national security. The outgoing original "Beast" limo marked a switch to a custom-built vehicle based on a General Motors truck frame. Previous limos were based on the actual cars they looked like. As we've seen in spy shots, The Beast 2.0 limo looks more like an Escalade SUV or CT6 sedan but is reported to be roughly the same size and shape as the old Beast, which is built on a Chevrolet Kodiak/GMC TopKick medium-duty truck chassis. AutoWeek is reporting that the new limo is set to debut for Trump's inauguration, however those reports could not be confirmed for the reasons mentioned above. The new Presidential car is expected to accommodate seven passengers in conference-style seating in the back like the current version. The Beast isn't meant for road trips, as it is mostly used to ferry the President to and from Air Force One when traveling, or on short trips around Washington D.C. That's good, considering the current limo only gets 3.7 miles per gallon. Along with multiple screens for video conferencing, The next Beast will also definitely include advanced armoring and weaponry. For security reasons, it's impossible to know the extent of those systems, but any vehicle transporting the most powerful man in the world around has to be tough. The entire process of designing and building the Presidential limo is top secret, as the Secret Service figures the less everyone knows about the Presidential Limo, the better. The new Beast, we can safely assume, is likely the safest vehicle in the world. The Secret Service began taking bids on building a replacement in 2014 because integrating all of the required armor is technically challenging.
