2005 BUICK TERREZA 7 PASSENGER LOADED VAN WITH ONLY 48K!

UP FOR SALE TODAY I HAVE THE VAN I HAD GOTTEN FOR MY FAMILY, AS IT HAS LOW MILES AND HOLDS SEVEN PASSENGERS.  THEN FOUND AN AWD VAN AND AM FIXING THAT ONE, BECAUSE WE REALLY NEED THE TRACTION. (ESPECIALLY AFTER LAST WINTER!)

I BOUGHT THIS IN GEORGIA AND IT HAD NEVER SEEN A WINTER. THE UNDERNEATH IS AS CLEAN AS A NEW CAR AT THE SHOWROOM.  FRAME, FLOOR AND BODY, GAS LINES, BRAKE LINES, EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLES…YOU NAME IT, IT’S ALL AS NEW! IT HAD 48,848 MILES ON IT AND WAS SUPER CLEAN AND LOADED. IT RAN AND DROVE FINE, AND THE OIL STICKER SAID IT WAS WITHIN THE CHANGE, SO YOU HAVE PROOF IT HAD BEEN PROPERLY MAINTAINED. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY BIDDERS WITH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND LESS THAN A 10 RATING, SO CALL!

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PERTAINING ANYTHING ON THIS, I WOULD BE GLAD TO TALK TO YOU AT 607-661-3459 THANKS, DAVE

I BUY AND SELL SALVAGED VEHICLES, AND BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS FOR OVER 30 YEARS. THIS WAS DAMAGED ON THE LEFT SIDE NEEDING BOTH DOORS, AND THE PAYOUT WAS $9800. I SAVED THE PICTURES, (THE LAST TWO) SO YOU WILL SEE THE MINOR DAMAGE (TWO DOORS ONLY, EVEN THE FENDER WAS GOOD) AND AM STARTING THE AUCTION AT ONE HALF OF THE PAYOUT. ($4900) THE TIRES HAD JUST BEEN REPLACED, AND ARE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE, IN LINE WITH THE REST OF THE VAN. IT IS LOADED, TWO TONE, HEATED LEATHER SEATS, DUAL HEAT AND AIR, WITH ALSO THE REAR AUXILIARY SETTINGS. ALL THE REAR SEATS ARE REMOVABLE, FOR EASY ACCESS TO AMPLE CARGO SPACE. THE 3.5 V6 HAS GREAT POWER, AND WE ARE AVERAGING AROUND 20 MPG WITH DAY TO DAY USE. IT HAS THE UPPER CENTER CONSOLE WITH THE DROPDOWN DVD/TV, PERSONAL EARPHONES, AND FOLD OUT SIDE TRAYS FOR ADDED CONVENIENCE. POWER SLIDING DOORS, POWER REAR WINDOW VENTS, UPPER AND LOWER STORAGE, THESE VANS WERE WELL THOUGHT OUT.

AS I AM SAYING, THIS IS A GREAT VAN, AND HAS MANY YEARS OF USE LEFT, AND PRICED AT AN EXCEPTIONAL VALUE STARTING WITH NO RESERVE! I HAVE TRANSFERRED IT INTO MY WIFE'S NAME, FOR THE NYS SALVAGE INSPECTION, WHICH IS PENDING. WE ARE USING IT UNTIL THE OTHER VAN GETS DONE, SO THE MILEAGE WILL CHANGE. IT WILL HAVE A NEW YORK STATE TITLE WITH A REBUILT MARKING, ABLE TO BE REGISTERED IN ANY STATE.

THE ONLY FAULT I HAVE FOUND IS THAT THE DVD PLAYER DOES NOT WORK, (IT MAY NEED CLEANING FROM NON-USE) AND I DID NOT GET THE LEFT FAR REAR SEAT. (I HAVE LOCATED ONE ONE EBAY)

I WELCOME ALL MY CUSTOMERS TO COME AND PREVIEW BEFORE BIDDING, AND ALSO WOULD SELL IT TO THEM FOR THE RIGHT OFFER. I WOULD THEN END THE AUCTION, WHICH I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DO AT ANY TIME, AS IT IS FOR SALE LOCALLY. I COULD MEET YOU AT AN AIRPORT FOR DELIVERY FOR A FEE (DEPENDING ON WHICH, ELMIRA, ROCHESTER, OR BUFFALO) NYS CAN ISSUE A TRANSPORT PLATE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE, SO KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN BIDDING.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PERTAINING ANYTHING ON THIS, I WOULD BE GLAD TO TALK TO YOU AT 607-661-3459 THANKS, DAVE

GM to add 1,200 workers at 2 Michigan factories

Sat, Feb 29 2020

DETROIT — General Motors is adding 1,200 jobs at two Michigan factories to build midsize SUVs and two new luxury sedans. GM said Friday that its Lansing Delta Township plant will get a third shift and 800 more workers to build the Chevrolet Traverse and Buick Enclave SUVs, which have three rows of seats. The Lansing Grand River plant will get a second shift and 400 more workers to build two new Cadillac sedans, the CT4 and CT5. Employees laid off at other GM factories will fill the new jobs first, then workers will be added, GM spokesman Dan Flores said. The company has not determined yet how many new people will be needed, he said. Both additional shifts will start working sometime between April and June, the company said. Lansing Delta Township now employs about 2,500 salaried and blue-collar workers, while the Grand River plant has 1,400. GM sold more than 147,000 Traverse SUVs in the U.S. last year, a 0.4% increase from 2018. Enclave sales were up 3% to just over 51,000, according to Autodata Corp. Related Video:

Buick Envista Luggage Test: How much cargo space?

Mon, Oct 2 2023

First, I am well aware that there is an inflatable hearse on my lawn, which is also haunted. Just go ahead and get used to that background for a few weeks.  Second, the 2024 Buick Envista is a great car! Easily the most surprising thing I've driven this year, and although I'll go into everything else in a full review coming soon, the cargo area contributes to that general sense of pleasant surprise. The specs say it has 20.7 cubic-feet of space, which would be consistent with the subcompact SUV segment it competes with on price (even if it's more comparable to a compact in terms of length). Let's see how that amount translates into actual stuff. At first look, I was not expecting good things. Yes, its ample length is pretty indicative of a compact SUV, but the height is nowhere close. With the rigid cargo cover in place, it basically looks like a trunk -- but more on that cover in a moment.  Unlike most subcompact and compact SUVs, the Envista does not offer a dual level cargo floor that adds extra cargo space while still making a fold-flat back seat possible. In other words, Buick is clearly leaving some cubic-feet on the table here. This cover would be of the gigantic, rigid, nowhere-to-keep-it-in-the-car, hatchback variety. I am not a fan, especially for the Envista. You're about to see why. Bring on the bags. As with every Luggage Test, I use two midsize roller suitcases that would need to be checked in at the airport (26 inches long, 16 wide, 11 deep), two roll-aboard suitcases that just barely fit in the overhead (24L x 15W x 10D), and one smaller roll-aboard that fits easily (23L x 15W x 10D). I also include my wife's fancy overnight bag just to spruce things up a bit (21L x 12W x 12D). That would be the three biggest bags, but that's all you're fitting. I tried to dislodge the cover and let it rest on top, but nope, liftgate wouldn't close. At least the middle bit of the cargo cover has that raised middle bit that perfectly wrapped around my big blue bag. Without that, this result would've been even worse.  So, if you were picking up someone from the airport, they had more bags than this and you forgot to remove the cargo cover, you'd be in trouble. If, however, you remember to chuck the cargo cover ... Holy cow, all the bags fit!  I was genuinely surprised by this result. The Tetris formation is a little weird, but it wasn't hard to fit everything in here.

Buick confirms US-market Envision CUV to be built in China

Fri, Dec 4 2015

As expected, the Buick Envision will come to the US market in 2016, and as rumored, it'll be GM's first product imported from the People's Republic. Buick confirmed the news today, while also releasing a number of technical details on the mid-size CUV, which has sold nearly 130,000 units in the Chinese domestic market in the first 11 months of 2015. When it arrives in US dealers next summer, the Envision will feature a 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder EcoTec four-cylinder. Good for an estimated 252 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, the four-pot turbo is paired to a well-received six-speed Hydra-Matic 6T70 transmission. That's the same automatic gearbox that's offered in the turbocharged Regal and Regal GS and the current six-cylinder LaCrosse. The entire affair is underpinned by torque-steer-fighting HiPer strut front suspension, a crossover first for Buick, with a four-link setup in back. According to Buick, the Envision will also get the same Active Twin Clutch all-wheel-drive system being offered on the Cadillac XT5 and the new LaCrosse. Like the Chinese-market Envision, Buick is offering the USDM model with active grille shutters, LED running lights, LED taillights, heated front/rear seats, a heated steering wheel, 19-inch wheels, and a Bose stereo as standard. Buick also lists highlights like Active Noise Cancellation and an eight-inch IntelliLink infotainment system, although it's not clear whether these are standard features. There's no word on which auto show the Envision will debut at. Considering the timing, next month's Detroit Auto Show is a strong contender, although if Buick wanted to really drum up headlines ahead of its on-sale date next summer, it'd formally introduce its newest CUV in April, at the New York Auto Show. Either way, expect to see more of this handsome, Chinese-built CUV soon. Related Video: Buick Envision North American Market Fact Sheet 2015-12-04 The Buick Envision was designed, engineered and tested in Michigan as a world-class luxury crossover to challenge the world's best competition. It was awarded Motor Trend SUV of the Year in China and has 127,085 sales so far this year. When it goes on sale in 2016, it will play an important role in a crossover lineup that currently represents 60 percent of Buick sales in North America. It targets customers shopping between the Encore, the best-selling Buick in eight years, and the Enclave, which has continued to grow its customer base since its 2007 introduction.
