Fees and Taxes

Georgia residents are responsible for state sales tax, title and license fees. Temporary registration will be provided. Out of state buyers will be provided with a 30 day drive-away tag. All transactions are subject to a $499.00 Document fee. This fee will be in addition to your sales price.

General Terms and Conditions

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due immediately at the end of auction via Paypal, Bank to Bank transfer or In person Cash. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.  We finance almost anything that we sell. If you want pre-approval please call or email. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle.  All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.

All vehicle listed have clear titles unless otherwise noted. Out of state buyers will be provided with a 30 day drive-away tag included in Doc fee. Titles will be sent via FEDEX as soon as available. Please allow a minimum of seven days to receive title. There are no guarantees for time limit on title availability. Many vehicles have payoff balances and may take up to 30 days to release titles. If a title takes longer than 30 days, we will provide you with additional drive-away permits so that you may still legally operate your vehicle.

This vehicle will come with a FREE 3 months/4,500 mile POWER TRAIN warranty which includes ENGINE/TRANSMISSION/ALL MAJOR COMPONENTS-

Extended warranties available upon request as well.
