Spring is here and it's time to take the top down and get out into the sunshine. This car has spent most of its life going from one garage space to another across mostly highway miles. Aside from a few minor blemishes and a scuff on the front fender (see picture), both the paint and the cloth top are in pristine condition. Body and under body has absolutely no rust. The car was involved in a minor fender bender about 6 years ago. No air bag deployment and the entire front bumper was replaced. The oil has recently been changed and the mechanic made no service recommendations that needed to be addressed during the visit. The only known issue that the car has, is that the driver's side seat heater does not work. The car is so well insulated and the heat works so well, we never used the heated seats anyways. Engine runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly through all 5 gears. A/C works well. Pick up or delivery is the buyer's responsibility. ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. THERE ARE NO RETURNS. 2014 BMW M6 Gran Coupe

It's relatively easy to snag the keys to a vehicle for a special occasion, whether that be for a road trip, tailgating or helping a friend move. And while sometimes the tailgating might happen with a Ford F-150 instead of a Range Rover and the road trip might be in a minivan rather than a Mercedes-Benz S-Class, occasionally the stars align and a special vehicle arrives for an equally special time.
That's exactly how I found myself dressed to the nines and behind the wheel of the BMW M6 Gran Coupe, a $135,375 (as-tested) rocket ship, en route to a rare multi-wedding weekend to celebrate with two pairs of my closest friends on the biggest day of their lives (a very special congratulations to Kara and Zach, and Laura and Andrew). Continuing with our nuptial theme, the M mechanicals and the 6 Series Gran Coupe body are a match made in heaven.
There's no substitution for BMW's E30 Mmmmm3

There's a chance you wouldn't be surprised once you found out the coupe in question was the E30 M3, a car our own Zach Bowman dubbed the "Mmmmm3."

BMW unleases new M4 as MotoGP safety car
Mon, 10 Mar 2014BMW has some considerable racing prowess to crow about, and draws on those credentials to create models like the new M4. But it's not about to rest on the laurels it's won at the end of innumerable races past and present. Mere months after the release of its latest performance coupe, BMW has already revealed a new M4 touring car for the DTM series, and has now unveiled its new M4 safety car for the MotoGP motorcycle championship.
Revealed on the BMW M Facebook page and set to debut at the front of the grid at the season opener in Qatar a couple weeks from now, the new M4 safety car is just the latest in a long string of official vehicles it has provided to the MotoGP series. Previous examples have included everything from the 1M Coupe to the M6 and the X6 M.
Like its predecessors, the M4 safety car features emergency lighting, special equipment and of course BMW's trademark white livery with red, navy and light blue stripes that, in this arrangement, give the new Williams Martini Racing livery a run for its money. Logos promote the BMW M Performance Parts you can buy to bring your own Bimmer up to spec, which on this car isn't likely have changed much from stock.
