I am selling my 2014 Z4 with 4,9xx miles.  It will likely break 5,000 miles because I still drive it on nice days.

It's a new for 2014 color and is a gorgeous combo - Glacier SILVER on RED leather, with M Interior 'Aluminum Carbon Shadow' trim.

It is the 35i (twin turbo 6 cylinder).  It has the DCT transmission with paddle shifters which shifts amazingly smoothly and quickly.  This is the only BMW available with the DCT other than the M3, and is the best transmission I've had in the 10+ BMWs I've owned.

In addition to DCT, it also has the following options added:

- M Sport Package
  • 18" Light alloy Star-spoke wheels style 325M-with performance run-flat tires
  • M Sports leather steering wheel ' with paddle shifters
  • Anthracite headliner
  • Adaptive M Suspension
  • Aerodynamic kit
- Technology Package
  • Voice-command
  • Real Time Traffic Information
  • BMW Online and BMW Apps
  • Navigation system
  • Enhanced USB and Bluetooth plus Smartphone Integration
  • BMW Apps
  • Remote Services

I have both keys and all books.  The car is currently located in Atlanta, GA and the title is free in clear.
No mechanical issues and fully covered by factory BMW warranty.

Forget about greenlighting it, BMW is already testing the M2

Thu, 08 May 2014

One week ago, we reported, with some skepticism, that BMW had greenlit a car we've been waiting for since the 1 Series M Coupe was discontinued - the M2. Now, we have the first images of that new hotshot underoing testing in Germany.
What's our reasoning here? After all, this just looks like an M235i. Well, that camo is disguising swollen fenders designed to conceal wider tires. Now, these aren't production changes, and it's very likely that the eventual M2's fenders will look quite a bit different. According to our spy, the front fenders have been borrowed from the M235i Racing, while the rears are from an unknown source.
Our spies are also quick to point out a few other high-performance items on this mule. The cross-drilled brakes and blue M calipers are one such item, although we aren't sure how much they differ from the optional stoppers on the production M235i. The black wheels are borrowed from the M3 and M4, and are shod in what look like a sticky set of Michelin tires.

BMW M135i vs. Mercedes A45 AMG in Euro small-lux throwdown

Fri, 19 Jul 2013

BMW and Mercedes-Benz - please, please, please bring the M135i and A45 AMG hatchbacks to North America. For as long as we can remember, buyers in the New World have been forced to look longingly at Europe and Great Britain and the excellent super hatches that are so routinely offered there. And while we're quite content with the Ford Focus ST and Volkswagen GTI, having a 360-horse five-door with a premium, content-rich interior sounds quite nice.
Our envy for Europe has grown after watching the latest video from Drive, which stars Chris Harris, the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG and the BMW M135i. This latest battle between MB and BMW takes place on both road and track, with Harris providing a running commentary. If you're interested in the upcoming Mercedes CLA45 AMG, you should pay special attention to the section on the A45, as the two are essentially fraternal twins. While the video is a bit on the long side, it provides a comprehensive rundown of both cars, giving those of us in North America just a small taste of what we're missing.
