Summer Is almost here and i am selling my 1996 BMW Z3. It has only 97000 MILES. Mostly driven in Summer no snow driving

Runs and drivers perfect. No Mechanical Issue. no rust , clean inside and outside. has new tires some month back and are in good shape. all options works as they should. its comes with premium sound like i installed a new radio that has IPOD , USB , Aux , Radio and Hand free Bluetooth. I can install original Radio/cassette player on your request. convertible fully function and has no leak or tear. its has been sealed with silicon as some stitches were coming out .it has no leaks at all. again its not a new car so it show some wear n tear like clear coat is peeling from trunk and small area of driver door. has a very minor door ding very small. please see the pics for Ref. also it has very minor clicking sound(looks like some thing loose where convertible sits ) but does not bother when radio is on. again its very minor and common in these cars. It also has Brake pad warning light on(for brake pad replacement ) even it has nice brakes and still can go for an other six month to year as pads are really thick.
its has no oil leak or any other leak,

Germany says nein to EU ban on new fossil-fuel cars from 2035
Tue, Jun 21 2022BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany's government will not agree to European Union plans to effectively ban the sale of new cars with combustion engines from 2035, Finance Minister Christian Lindner said on Tuesday. In its bid to cut planet-warming emissions by 55% by 2030 from 1990 levels, the European Commission has proposed a 100% reduction in CO2 emissions from new cars by 2035. That means it would be impossible to sell combustion engine cars from then. European Parliament lawmakers backed the proposals this month, before negotiations with EU countries on the final law take place. Speaking at an event hosted by Germany's BDI industry association, Lindner said there would continue to be niches for combustion engines so a ban was wrong and said the government would not agree to this European legislation. Lindner, a member of the pro-business Free Democrats, which shares power with the Social Democrats and Greens, said Germany would still be a leading market for electric vehicles.
