THE HISTORY

The X5 4.8i SUV has only 93,357 miles on it !!! The VIN is 5UXFE83589L171185. It was built at BMW's Assembly Plant in February of 2009. It was sent to Vista BMW Coconut Creek Florida. It was sold brand new with 10 miles on the odometer on April 21st of 2009 to an owner who lived in Hollywood, which is a quiet suburb of Fort Lauderdale. This X5 4.8i was kept normally serviced at the BMW dealership. After enjoying this BMW X5 4.8i for the term of it's lease, in December of 2011 and with just 44,765 miles on the odometer, this original owner lease end turned in this X5 4.8i at Vista BMW and leased a brand new X5 they had for sale. Vista BMW saw how stunning the X5 was and decided to put it into their service department for the BMW Certified PreOwned 6YEAR 100k MILES Warranty inspection. It passed the inspection and was given the CPO warranty valid until April 21st of 2015 or 100k miles. It was also given the Free Maintenance Program good for the same time period. Vista BMW put it out for retail sale and found it a new owner very quickly. They sold the X5 to its second owner on December 27th of 2011 with 44,796 miles on the odometer. This second owner lived in Fort Lauderdale Florida and enjoyed this X5 but in January of 2013 and with just 93,247 miles on the odometer, this second owner decided to trade it in at Ed Morse Chevrolet on a vehicle they had for sale (I know what you are thinking... how do you go from a BMW to a Chevy... I guess they must have had their reasons). I was just offered the oppurtunity to purchase this X5 4.8i, which I did, and I am now proud to offer this X5 4.8i for sale here on eBay.

THE CONDITION

It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 70 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few very minor stone chips and a few very minor surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The interior shows very little wear... the interior looks very clean and is free of any tears. The carpeting is plush. Some of the rims have some minor curb rash. The tires on this BMW are almost brand new.... they look like they have less than 500 miles of useage on them. They are P275/40R20's in the front and P315/35R20's in the rear. I have two master keys, the carpet floormats, the cargo cover, and the navigation dvd. We feel the vehicle is ready to make it's next owner very happy !!
