Beautiful BMW X5 4.4i. Gray with gray leather interior. Sport and Premium packages, Panorama Sunroof, LOADED! I don't know of an option it doesn't have other than 20" wheels (which makes the ride very rough anyway). 4.4L V8 with 315 horsepower. Fast, safe, reliable, and I have gotten almost 20mpg on highway on many occasions! This is a two-owner car. I bought it for my wife as a Certified Pre-Owned in 2008. This vehicle spent most of its life in Southern California (until 2011). It has been mostly garaged for the last two years, and rarely driven. Only 80K miles in almost 8 years of service. Just serviced, and brand new state inspection. All mechanical is in good condition. Tires have less than 10K miles on them and are in great shape with warranty / vouchers from Discount Tire / Tire America. She is good to go! I wouldn't hesitate to do anything with this vehicle. It's a great choice for hauling children safely to and from school, to heading to the home and garden store for weekend projects, to a night on the town, to being a safe reliable vehicle for kids heading to college.
The vehicle is in very good condition, with the only two flaws, being wear on the steering wheel and a broken / non functional retractable window shade on the driver's side rear seat window. The steering wheel is cosmetic only, and is prevalent among all X5's of this vintage. You can see it in the pictures. The retractable window shade on the driver's side rear seat window was pulled out of its socket by my 2 year old about a year or so ago. I never bothered to get it fixed as the A/C blows so cold (front and rear A/C), the sunshade really hasn't been needed. It isn't a flaw that can really be seen, only a flaw in functionality. Other than that, its just about perfect for a vehicle of this age and mileage.

Both the non-M BMW 3 Series sedan and 4 Series coupe have so far brought much pleasure to us at Autoblog. The terrific four-cylinder 328i trim has become our favorite of the 3 Series line, while we have yet to get a chance at the 428i coupe. That said, the 35i trim powered by a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder engine is not exactly to be sniffed at.
We all know the ones you're really waiting for, though. The F80 fifth-generation M3 sedan and the supremely sexy F82 M4 coupe. Rumors have been buzzing for a couple of years now that the engine would be another V8, only turbocharged this time, or else a tri-turbo six. Well, today BMW confirmed that the mill under the hood's power bulge is a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder TwinPower Turbo of the biturbo variety, referred to internally as "S55B30 variant."
BMW to announce location of new plant in Mexico in July
Tue, 20 May 2014Volkswagen manufactures in Mexico. Soon Audi will as well, and Mercedes-Benz is said to be working on a deal to assemble some of its cars at a Nissan plant in Mexico too. That leaves BMW out of the mix of German automakers building cars South of the Border, but that may soon be rectified, as well.
According to Automotive News, the Bavarian automaker is preparing to announce the site of its first Mexican assembly plant as soon as July, now just two months away. BMW already builds cars for North American consumption at its plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina, but has reportedly been keen to capitalize on cheaper labor and the benefits of the North American Free Trade Agreement to supply vehicles to the United States and Canada especially.
When BMW does announce the site of the plant - reportedly narrowed down to either Hidalgo or San Luis Potosi - it is tipped to work its way up to 100,000 vehicles per year at the new location, potentially to include the 3 Series as well as smaller, front-drive models, including Minis.
