2002 BMW M5: This amazing 400 HP 6 speed manual German sports sedan is in fantastic condition!! There are no dents or scrapes, even the normal chips or scratches on the front bumper are almost non-existent! The interior is immaculate and the only real wear that is noticeable is on the floor mats. The seats, front and back are exceptional!! The bluewater metallic with the caramel interior is absolutely a gorgeous rare combination. I have had many positive comments from many people on the colors. The car is completely loaded, with power everything and a 6 CD changer in the trunk. I recently have had the car serviced with new spark plugs and fuel injectors. The tires only have 4k miles on them and the wheels have no rash at all. I also replaced the computer module on this car because it was having some intermittent problems. All of the work has been done at Sandia BMW with records being available. This car needs nothing and it is ready to go for its new owner!! Every once in a while, I find myself, despite my solitary leanings and inherent modesty, working out in some kind of class setting. The tone and tenor of these classes ranges wildly - from the quiet, follow-the-leader variety, to those with a kind of Cult of Personality man or woman calling the shots, usually with idiom-laden shouting and theatrical hair. Despite their personal variation and range of professional effectiveness, there's one common concept that most instructors bring up at some point: working with intention.
The idea, as it relates to physical fitness, is that focusing your brain on the movement at hand - the rate of your own breathing, or the muscle groups being worked for instance - helps to perform the act efficiently and correctly. Having spent a happy majority of the last decade in an exercise-free near-debauch, I was a bit surprised to find out that this kind of mental game really works pretty well.
She's just a girl... who's an E28 fanatic

The amateur train photographer has owned over 15 of the cars in her brief lifetime, and says she's attracted to the old 5 Series because of how rare they are. All told, she's owned every variation of the E28 with the exception of the 2.4td, and the crew from Petrolicious recently stopped by to train their lenses on her most recent acquisition: a lovely M535i. The site's latest video, Rare Things, takes a closer look at just what draws Rodriguez to the E28 and how her passion for the cars has evolved over the years.

2015 BMW i8 configurator is ready to show the future
Mon, 22 Sep 2014Good news if you're one of the lucky few that can afford the new BMW i8. The high-performance hybrid's configurator has gone live on BMW USA's consumer website, meaning you can head in and customize till you drop.
If you've ever played with a BMW configurator, you'll instantly feel at home with the i8's. You have the choice of four trim packages (your author refuses to use BMW's pretentious "World" trim names), followed by wheel and exterior paint options. The interior choices are fixed to the trim level, so aside from trim, color and the choice of two wheel options, there isn't a lot to pick out on the i8.
