This 530xi looks incredible from head on. You will also love the Xenon head lights which are amazing at night! They are super bright but they have a sharp "cut-off" which means they light up the road in front of you but do not blind the oncoming drivers!

This picture shows some light scuffs along the very bottom edge of the lower rocker panel. These marks are something that most people would never even notice because of where they are located on the car. The car looks so good and these marks are so minor that we know the person that buys this car will love it!

This is a stunning 2006 BMW 530xi that is All Wheel Drive. This car is beautiful both inside and out and it looks far better in person! It is easy to see that the previous owner really loved this car. The AWD helps this car handle very well and it feels very stable in all weather conditions. It even has brand new set of tires on it.

This BMW is a great car for the money. It has all the options you would expect from a car of this caliber like cruise, keyless entry, power windows and locks plus it has several other great options. The front seats are power adjustable in every way you can imagine and they are heated too. The heated seats are an amazing option to have, especially going into this time of the year! They heat up fast and make a cold morning drive to work much more enjoyable. Plus, this car also has a heated steering wheel which is something that you don’t find in many cars. Another great feature this BMW has is the premium sound system. There is a nice big dash screen for the radio and CD controls and the sound quality is top notch. The speakers create this surround sound feeling that makes listening to your favorite music even better. Very few vehicles can really match the looks and luxury of this BMW.

Overall this is an incredible car that looks and drives fantastic. As with any used car it will have some signs of being driven that are consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle. It is important to hold realistic expectations as this is not a new vehicle. This 530xi has some minor scratches on the top part of the rear bumper near the trunk which were likely caused from loading and unloading luggage or something similar. There are very few cars that have been so well cared for that a few light scuffs on the rear bumper are the worst blemish on the vehicle but this BMW is just exceptionally clean. Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees in WI or at Capital Motor Company unless financing is being secured by a lien in which case there will be an additional $69.50 title fee as well as a $10 lien fee collected. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state and paying any applicable tax, title, and license fees.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, and registration fees. All transactions have a $49 taxable service fee that will be charged to all buyers. All sales transactions must be completed within 10 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $250 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made via paypal or by credit card over the phone. Please call us to make alternate arrangements for payment.

Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Please understand that this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction must be completed, including full payment received, within 10 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Weekly Recap: Ferrari plans to gradually increase production by 2019

Ferrari has long been known for the exclusivity of its performance machines. It's on a different level than Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes. But as it transitions to a new era of independence from Fiat Chrysler, Ferrari is going to get a little less exclusive. It's by design, and it means a subtle, slow ramp-up of production – a move Ferrari believes will ensure its future by meeting growing demand in new markets. The strategy was detailed in SEC documents filed this month as part of the company's pending stock offering. The files reveal Ferrari will gradually increase shipments to about 9,000 units per year by 2019. This is a reversal of Ferrari's 2013 plans to cap production at 7,000 cars annually, which it hit on the nose that year. Ferrari shipments inched up to 7,255 in 2014, though that's down from 2012's record tally of 7,405. Ferrari is a vastly different operation than it was in 2013. Longtime chairman Luca di Montezemolo stepped down last fall, and FCA chief executive Sergio Marchionne has been overseeing the company since then. Its IPO has attracted high levels of attention from enthusiasts and investors. As expected, demand has reportedly outstripped the availability of the stock, which has an estimated offering price of $48 to $52 a share. Speaking of more Ferraris, the company revealed a limited-edition model this week called the F12tdf (shown above). Based on the F12 Berlinetta, the car is a salute to the Tour de France endurance auto race that Ferrari dominated in the 1950s and '60s. The V12 engine's output increases to 769 horsepower, while weight is cut by 243 pounds – allowing for a sprint to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds. Dramatic carbon-fiber elements and a radical redesign of the body panels give the F12 a more dramatic look. It will be limited to 799 units over the life of the car. If this is how Ferrari is increasing production, we're more than okay with the company's new strategy. OTHER NEWS & NOTES Tesla software unlocks Autopilot features Tesla released the latest version of its software for the Model S this week, which allows the all-electric sedan to drive in a semi-autonomous state called Autopilot. Tesla Version 7.0 enables the Model S to maintain lane position, change lanes by touching the turn signal, and manage the car's speed using an advanced, traffic-sensing cruise control. It also has a parallel parking feature, which searches for open spots and then parks your Tesla.

BMW explains the ideas behind its Vision Next 100 concept car that debuted at the Geneva Motor Show. As BMW celebrates its 100th birthday, it wants to look into the future rather than dwell on its past. This involves the digital and analog worlds working together "to create a seamless experience." Hence the "live geometry," wherein physical parts of the car move to translate digital information to the driver. The video also gets into the future of driving modes, like "Ease," for more autonomous driving, and "Boost," for when the driver wants to take control to enjoy some motoring the good, old-fashioned way. The automaker has found that after a full charge, one can wait a few minutes for subsequent "minicharges" to "top off" the battery. The voltage dips slightly, much as the foam does on a pint of beer, allowing the battery to accept some more juice. The result is an extra 0.7 percent of energy, which could mean just enough extra range to reach the next charging station. Read more from Automotive News. Hyundai has delivered its first Tucson Fuel Cell in Ontario, Canada. The lucky recipient is Joseph Cargnelli, Chief Technology Officer of Hydrogenics Corporation, a company based on hydrogen technology. The expansion into Ontario follows Hyundai's trial of six Tucson Fuel Cell vehicles in the Canadian province of British Columbia. Read more at Green Car Congress. Toyota has entered a public-private partnership to test an end-to-end hydrogen supply chain in Japan. The collaboration with the Kanagawa Prefectural Government, the municipal governments of the cities of Yokohama and Kawasaki and three private companies to create renewable hydrogen to power forklifts. It will use wind energy to electrolyze hydrogen, which will then be shipped to a factory, a vegetable and fruit market and two warehouses to be used in the fuel cell-powered vehicles. Dealers mobilize to protect their margins from automaker subscription services

Six individual auto brands — Lincoln, Cadillac, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW and Volvo — have established or are trialing a vehicle subscription service in the U.S. Three third-party companies — Flexdrive, Clutch and Carma — run brand-agnostic subscription services. And three automakers — Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and General Motors — have also launched short-term rental services. Dealers, afraid of how these trends might affect their margins, are building political and lawmaking campaigns to protect their revenue streams. So far, three states are investigating automaker subscriptions, and Indiana has banned any such service until next year. It's certain that those three states are the first fronts in a long political and legal battle. Powerful dealer franchise laws mandate the existence of dealers and restrict how automakers are allowed to interact with customers to sell a vehicle. On top of that, Bob Reisner, CEO of Nassau Business Funding & Services, said, "Dealers and their associations are among the strongest political operators in many states. They as a group are difficult for state politicians to vote against." In California earlier this year, the state Assembly debated a bill with wide-ranging provisions to protect against what the California New Car Dealers Association called "inappropriate treatment of dealers by manufacturers." One of those provisions stipulated that subscription services need to go through dealers, but that item got stripped out when dealers and manufacturers agreed to discuss the matter further. In Indiana, Gov. Eric Holcomb signed a moratorium on all subscription programs by dealers or manufacturers until May 1, 2019, to give legislators more time to investigate. Dealers in New Jersey have taken their campaign to the state capitol, asking that the cars in subscription programs get a different classification for registration purposes. Automakers run the current subscription services and own the vehicles. Sign-ups and financial transactions happen online or through apps, leaving dealers to do little more than act as fulfillment centers to various degrees, with little legal recourse as to compensation amounts when they're called on to deliver or service a car. That's a bad base to build on for business owners who've sunk millions of dollars into their operations.
