I just purchased this car for my wife I am only selling because she does NOT like the gray/gray color scheme. I think it's fabulous! Nonetheless, she has looked at other BMW's she'd rather have. So, even though I just purchased this (about a week ago,) we sell it.

I'd like to get what I paid for it. However, I am more interested in a quick sale and recouping some of my money back. Therefore, I have set the RESERVE very LOW. just a few bids will get it there. If I make more, that's great. If not, my loss...your gain...and a valuable lesson learned LOL.

The vehicle itself is beautiful and smooth running in typical BMW fashion. It has most (if not all) of the options that were availablefor the "05." The only one I can think of that it does not have is the Heads Up Display (very few do.) The tires are run-flats and are in excellent condition. Overall, the car displays what would be considered "normal" wear. If I had to rate it, I'd say an "8."

BMW X4 hatches its fastback shape in Shanghai

The day has finally come for BMW to pull the covers off its X4 Concept at the Shanghai Motor Show. The machine brings few surprises - we've already seen an official image gallery from the German automaker, so its exterior shape was well known - but at least now we get to see it with our own eyes, and with the lenses of our very own cameras.
You can clearly see the fastback roofline in our high-res image gallery above, along with the jacked-up stance that allows BMW to call this machine a Sports Activity Vehicle, which basically means "Crossover" to our friends in Munich. We've seen similar vehicle shapes before, most notably in the form of the BMW X6, but also as far back as the 1980s from the likes of AMC.
We fully expect the transition from concept to production to be pretty seamless, so what we see here is, for the most part, what we'll see on the showroom floor in 2014. Chinese economic policies could be in for a big change, as President Xi Jinping pushes the communist country to open its domestic markets even further. That could mean big things for the auto industry, especially when it comes to the country's far-reaching joint-venture system.
According to Chinese law, foreign automakers may only maintain a fifty-fifty partnership with their domestic counterparts. But with Jinping's push for openness leading to potential free-trade deals, that policy could be relaxed (or eradicated all together) in short order. What's an automaker to do?
Well, in BMW's case, stay the course. Automotive News Europe reports that, despite the grumblings about the JV policy changes, the German manufacturer has resigned its agreement with Brilliance through 2028. This is made doubly remarkable by the fact that BMW signed the extension over three years before it was set to expire.
