For sale a beautiful AUDI TT Convertible. The car is in good mechanical condition as far as i know everything is working fine. The top was replaced about 2 years ago. The brakes were done 6 months ago and the tires were changed 6 months ago as well. The car has been very well taken care of. A/C is ice cold. All of the displays work fine, except for the middle one in the speedometer it has e few pixels missing but (as you can tell in the picture you could still see and read everything that it displays). The car has a Florida clean title and has not been in any accidents. The car has beautiful 18" status chrome rims which suit it perfectly with 6 month old tires .The only bad thing is that the rear quarter panel has some scratches on it which could probably be buffed out (i took pictures of those ares as well so you can see). The bumper in the rear right side had a crack filled in, in my opinion it looks good, but in your opinion it might not (i took a picture of that as well). Overall with the scratches and the rear bumper its probably $200 worth of repair at most. Or if your not very picky you can drive it with those minor imperfections just fine, I mean it is an 11 year old car so it cant be perfect. The Leather is in good condition no cracks. As I mentioned Earlier EVERY SINGLE THING IN THE CAR WORKS. AND IT RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT. I have a very LOW RESERVE on the car, If you are the winning bidder i have a deposit of $250 which needs to be recieved within 48 hours. The payment must clear before i release title to the car. Fort Lauderdale airport is only 15 minutes away from my house, I can pick the buyer up if need be. Or you can have a transport company pick up the car. Feel free to come by and look at the car in person or send somebody over on your behalf. There are no refunds whatsoever, the car is being sold as is, I tried to be as detailed as possible. The payment that i prefer is Cash or Cashiers check from an AMERICAN OR CANADIAN BANK. If you need more pictures let me know and i will email them to you. And if you have any questions feel free to contact me 954-608-2280. Thanks for Looking and Happy bidding.
DUE TO RECENT SCAMS FROM INTERNATIONAL BUYERS I WILL ONLY ACCEPT NORTH AMERICAN BIDDERS

Audi testing all-new, third-gen TT prototype
Mon, 21 Oct 2013It's no big surprise that Audi is working on a new TT. It's been rumored for a while now, and the current model has been on the market since 2006, making it seven years old. But after seeing only some test mules wearing the existing model's sheetmetal, this is the first glimpse we've gotten at what Audi has in store for it's third-gen TT.
Not that we can see all that much with all the camouflage, mind you, but that's still more than we've seen until now. Spied on public roads being benchmarked against the Mercedes-Benz SLK and BMW Z4, the upcoming new TT is still unmistakably a TT, but looks poised to adopt more contemporary styling in keeping with Audi's latest design language, including a larger grille aperture and more squared-off headlights.
The whole thing looks a bit more like a mini-R8, which would make sense if Audi has called off plans for an R4 sports car to slot into the lineup as well. Last we heard, the new TT would arrive late in 2014, when you can bet we'll read all about slightly more powerful but significantly more frugal engines and a raft of new technologies.
Audi supercar not yet approved, R4 not quite dead, still room for an MPV
Wed, 24 Apr 2013According to a report by Autocar, all we thought we knew of the in-development Audi supercar we might not actually know. A piece in Car and Driver, not even a month old, said the diesel-hybrid halo car was in the design stages, would get the engine from the R18 E-Tron Quattro and its carbon fiber tub. Now we get word that that while the coupe is indeed being designed, it hasn't yet been signed off and there's no business case for it yet. Said business case, whenever it is built, is also dubious of the diesel aspect of the car at the moment - diesels aren't known for creating Pavlovian purchase responses in buyers in the two key markets of the US and China.
The report suggests that instead of a diesel, the 2014 Le Mans regulations changes "could swing the favour back towards petrol models," which would give the so-called Scorpion a better tie to racing technology. Of course, that also assumes that Audi would contest next year's Le Mans with a gas-powered car. If so, that would be an about-face on the original reasons for the halo sportscar in the first place.
In other news, seems Audi also believes it can slot another sportscar below the R8, it just needs to get the financials sorted. The R4 - a Porsche Boxster-sized roadster - that has been chattered about for years is still in on the table but appears a long way off. Company R&D chief Wolfgang Durheimer said it would need to be mid-engined and bring plenty of tech to separate itself from the TT, but mass-market price point is the catch as is the focus on other segments in the portfolio.
Audi Quattro tech shoots for the moon
Mon, Sep 28 2015Most automakers seem satisfied building vehicles to drive on the Earth's surface. But not Audi. The German automaker is quite literally shooting for the moon with the vehicle you see here. Called the Audi Lunar Quattro, it forms what promises to be an integral part of one team's campaign for the Google Lunar Xprize. That team calls itself Part-Time Scientists, and is the only German contingent of the 25 that originally entered from around the world and the 15 that are still in the race. Sponsored and technically assisted by Audi, the Lunar Quattro is a solar-powered moon rover. It packs an adjustable solar panel and a lithium-ion battery powering four individual hub motors – one in each wheel. It can only travel at a theoretical maximum of 2.2 miles per hour, but outright speed isn't the point here. It's been designed to traverse the difficult terrain of the moon's finely dusted and craggy surface. It'll need to travel at least 500 meters (1,640 feet) and will transmit high-definition video footage from the twin stereoscopic camera on its swiveling head back to Earth. The lunar rover is scheduled to be launched aboard a rocket from Earth to the moon by the end of 2017. The 240,000-mile trip will take five days and is targeted to land north of the moon's equator – close to the place where Apollo 17 (NASA's last manned lunar mission) landed back in 1972. Before that, though, it'll be presented by Audi sales chief Luca de Meo (who's since been named the head of Seat) at the Cannes Innovations Days forum. You can check it out in the gallery and extensive press release below, but first, we suggest you watch the video playlist above while preparing to check out tonight's red moon eclipse. The group of German engineers are working within the framework of the Google Lunar XPRIZE competition to transport an unmanned rover onto Earth's natural satellite. Audi is supporting the Part-Time Scientists with its know-how in several fields of technology – from quattro drive and lightweight construction to electric mobility and piloted driving. The moon rover will be named the "Audi lunar quattro." "The concept of a privately financed mission to the moon is fascinating," says Luca de Meo, Audi Board Member for Sales and Marketing. "And innovative ideas need supporters that promote them.
