2000 Audi TT Quattro Complete color change to Aston Martin Bridgewater Bronze. All panels were removed and jambs painted. Done using PPG Base/Clear. PPG Deltron base and PPG DC4000 Clear. Timing belt and water pump was done less than 1000 miles ago with receipts included. New wheels and tires less than 1000 miles ago, have receipt for that also. 5 speed manual transmission. Factory Bose stereo. There is a check engine light on, it is because of an exhaust leak, still runs/drives great. Chip in paint on drivers door where I dropped screwdriver, I did touch it up though. Could be fixed pretty easily, looks fine with the touch up though. Any questions let me know. Paint job itself was $4900, timing and water pump was $900, and wheels/tires were $1500. Beautiful car that turns heads, very classy looking ride. Hard to find with this low of mileage and maintenance. Will ship worldwide if buyer arranges pickup. Clear title in hand ready to go.

J.D. Power customer survey of dealers counts Cadillac, Buick as big winners
Mon, 14 Apr 2014Cadillac and Buick have taken the trophies in J.D. Power's latest Customer Service Index Study examining satisfaction with dealer service. Surveying more than 90,000 owners and lessees of 2009-2013 model-year cars, the study found that those with pre-paid maintenance packages were ten percent more likely to buy their next car from the same brand.
Dealer satisfaction scores have improved overall, Cadillac nabbed the luxury segment ahead of Audi and Lexus, taking the crown that Lexus held last year. Buick keeps the mass-market dealer satisfaction win in the family, finishing ahead of Volkswagen and last year's winner GMC. The study also found that service department use of tablets increased customer satisfaction, as did "best practices" like "providing helpful advice." Who knew?

Upcoming Audi Q1 rumored to get high-performance SQ1 variant
Thu, 19 Jun 2014The Audi Q1 isn't due for another two or three years, yet Auto Bild reports already that it will come in RS and SQ1 trims. According to the report, the RS Q1 will be powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder putting out 300 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, putting it about 70 hp and 8 lb-ft beyond the next-most-powerful gasoline engine in the standard range.
Depending on how you like your gumption served, however, the first SQ1 - like its European SQ5 sibling - go the diesel route with a 2.0-liter TDI fitted with twin turbos for 231 hp and 368 pound-feet of torque. That's an improvement of 47 hp and 88 lb-ft over the most powerful diesel engine said to be offered on the regular Q1.
The report goes on to say that there should be g-tron (natural gas) and e-tron versions of the Q1, and buyers will get a deep toy chest of assistance packages to equip it with. Starting price in Europe is expected to be around 25,000 euros, which, if correct, would make it 4,000 euros less dear than the Q3 in Germany.
