Hi,

I am selling my Audi TT to buy a cheaper car and put some cash into a truck (which I need for my small business, to haul power washers and ladders. Right now I am borrowing my grandparents vehicle lol).

It is mechanically sound. Starts and drives great. Nice and smooth.

The Audi comes with brand new aftermarket rims and Michelin winter tires plus an additional set of aftermarket wheels.
The new 16" Crowns and Michelins are covered by a GREAT warranty. Example: when the new rims and tires were first bought the front right tire went flat in the three weeks. The warranty covered the tow of the vehicle as well as the new part and all labor. The tow was even free. The new Michelin tires have a 35,000 mile warranty.
The other set of wheels are black aftermarket 18" Tenzo's.

The TT has only two exterior dents (one by drivers door handle, the other on the passengers rear fender). Interior is leather and fully loaded. Has heated front seats. The interior feels like a cockpit. I am 6' and 250lbs, there is additional room if you are bigger. The TT is quick. Fun car and is super safe in the winter with AWD. I would put my GF, mom, baby kid brother in this thing during a snow storm and know they are safe, the TT has great traction and does not lose control.

Turns heads and people compliment it all of the time.
The engine is a 1.8L Turbo included with a turbo/vacuum gauge to measure PSI, currently set at 9psi. The gauge allows you to also detect any possible air leaks in the turbo gaskets. If the gauge shows you are not hitting 9psi, something is wrong. Transmission is a 5 speed stick shift.

Problems:
The check engine light is on due to an emission tube leak. Should be an easy fix.
Besides that the engine and exterior are both 9/10. The interior is in good condition compared to the year.
Needs:
Rack and Pinion - I brought it to a shop and was told that the leak is too slow to replace. They recommended 'Lucas Fluid' to stop the leak (I haven't done this yet). Since I noticed the leak, about 4 months ago, I have only had to add 4 ounces of power steering fluid to the reservoir twice. I keep power steering fluid in the car (got a Liter, it was the only size) and check the level about every five days.
- The part would cost $230 and would be almost 4 hours of labor.

Timing Belt and Clutch both replace. No grinding, slipping, and it grips great.

Feel free to text or call with any questions - or an offer.

Audi details updated 3.0L V6 TDI engine

Fri, 09 May 2014

The brands in the Volkswagen Group have shown that they can develop some of the world's best diesel engines for passenger cars. At the Vienna Motor Symposium taking place May 8 and 9, Audi has an updated one to add to its lineup. It's launching a new version of the 3.0 TDI V6 with better efficiency and more power than the version currently in the US.
The new diesel will be offered in two tunes: 215 horsepower or 268 hp. However, Audi isn't giving away all of the new engine's secrets just yet. It says "depending on model" the mill makes as much as 442.5 pound-feet of torque and gets as much as 13 percent better fuel economy. That likely means the more powerful version gets the twist, and the other one has the better consumption, but we'll have to see.
To compare, the current 3.0 TDI offered in the US produces 240 hp and 428 lb-ft of torque. In the A6, it's rated at 24 miles per gallon city, 38 mpg highway and 29 mpg combined, according to the EPA.

2017 Audi Q7 Second Drive

Tue, Dec 15 2015

One morning, I'm driving down the Malibu coast, top-down in a two-seat sports car. Twelve hours later, I'm on a straight road, in traffic, and piloting a seven-seat SUV. I think this is how new parents feel. There's no other word but "parental" to describe how three-row crossovers, like this 2017 Audi Q7, make me feel. Whether it was the Honda Pilot that was actually kind of tossable, or the plush Kia Sorento, one glance in the rear-view mirror at five headrests makes you wonder if someone isn't waiting for you outside an elementary school. The Q7, however, has always been a luxury car first. And this second-generation model is crammed with technology and convenience features to make life more effortless, as if it was designed for a person who lives in Bel Air but also must take the kids to horse-riding lessons on the one weekend it rains in Southern California. Autoblog already tested a European example, but I'm now getting the chance to finally drive it Stateside. When it comes to the Q7's appearance, I always seem to have a minority opinion. The old one looked like a bus when plenty of people said it looked beautiful. This new one has been widely criticized for looking like a wagon, but I don't see a lot wrong here. At some angles, it's reminiscent of the old 5000 Avants from the '80s – probably not a coincidence, since the Q7 is Audi's most prestigious wagon right now. Even Audi admits it pulled from the '80s with styling cues along the rear quarter panels and the ever-larger "Quattro" badges. While the shape grows on you, it isn't going to stop people seeing it and thinking it's a Q5. The new Audi Q7 has an incredible sense of elegance about it. The most ambitious design touches are the arrows in the LED lights, front and rear, but they're ultimately dwarfed by the size of the car. What's more, the string of white, silver, and gray cars on hand at our test aren't exactly striking, and the optional 20-inch wheels are boring in design. You could also call this "quiet luxury." Or perhaps stately. The new Audi Q7 has an incredible sense of elegance about it, never feeling ponderous like a truck and always feeling secure like a large luxury sedan. As the first application of the Volkswagen Group's MLB Evo platform, it really is a large luxury wagon. Which is the exact image the company seems to be running from.

Audi Sport Quattro Concept makes video debut

Wed, 30 Oct 2013

Audi has stayed quiet about its Sport Quattro Concept since the 700-horsepower, tangerine rocket debuted at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show - a followup to Quattro Concept shown at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. Now, Audi has broken the plug-in hybrid out to give thanks to its Facebook fans, which now number over 100,000 strong (103,123 as of this writing).
As impressive as that number is, it does seem a bit strange that Audi USA's Facebook page has netted 7.3 million likes, 73 times what Audi's global page has received. Of course, we're not complaining about seeing the Sport Quattro Concept in action, and neither should you. Take a look below for the entire video.
