2006 Audi S4 6Speed Arctic White (B7)
I am selling my 2006 Audi S4 6Speed B7 that currently has 105,900 miles. This is a very rare Arctic white color that is very hard to come across. The Audi comes fully loaded/all stock with: OEM BBS wheels, Recaro seats, 6CD changer, In-dash navigation, rear window shades, heated seats etc..
I have new tires on the wheels that are about two months old. The AC blows ice cold/heat works great also. I have also replaced the radiator hoses, power steering fluid and clutch. This B7 handles like no other and drives great. There are no known mechanical issues to my knowledge, engine and trans are very smooth and strong. The car does come with a rebuilt title which I purchased rebuilt from statewide auto group. There are no known accidents or any visible paint work done on the car. I had it inspected by a local body shop and they could not find any body work done on the car.
Cons: Left front window regulator not working, ABS light and traction light are lit up on the dash. There are no check engine lights.
This Audi S4 is sold "as is" with no warranty. Any questions or concerns about this vehicle should be addressed prior to placing a bid or purchase.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions..I would be more than happy to answer.
-I can end the auction at any time since the Audi is also for sale locally if agreed on the asking price.

Buyer is responsible for shipping. Vehicle will not be released until paid in full.

Audi SQ7 coming, will have electric turbo

Sun, 27 Jul 2014

Formula 1 and endurance racing are already harvesting energy from turbos on the track, and now it's apparently time for a similar idea of boosting the efficiency of forced induction to hit the streets in a high-performance, diesel SUV.
In a recent interview with the UK's Autocar, Audi technical boss Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg let the big news slip. "The new Q7 will be available in the market next year but the electric turbo will come a bit later in the Audi SQ7 available in 2016," he said. The e-turbo system was already rumored for the premium SUV but for the standard model, not this just-announced performance version.
Audi has been experimenting with the e-turbo system for a little while, as an electrically driven supercharger. It showed up on the RS5 TDI concept that used a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged diesel V6 plus the electric system to diminish turbo lag. In that application, it provided an impressive 385 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque and an alleged sprint to 62 miles per hour in 4 seconds. Although, Dr. Hackenberg didn't make it clear if this was the exact layout for the SQ7.

Audi moves to patent electric Quattro and active-shutter wheels

Thu, 13 Feb 2014

Audi might have a few tricks up its sleeve for the coming years, with the Brits at Autocar uncovering a pair of patent filings made by the German luxury brand. The first is something we've seen before - wheel flaps - while the second is an evolution of one of Audi's trademark technologies.
We last saw wheel flaps on the Ford Atlas Concept in 2013, but the futuristic fuel-saving tech has so far failed to arrive on a production car. Audi may be seeking to change that, patenting the flaps that open and close automagically based on airflow. They can also open if the brakes get too hot.
The second patent is an evolution of Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive. The new AWD system uses an electrically driven rear axle and wheel sensors to figure out when and at which corner the car might lose traction, and is targeted largely at hybrid offerings, which is a field Audi has only recently dipped its toe into.
