Selling my 2009 Audi R8 in Phantom Black Pearl with approximately 22,500 miles. The interior is black with leather and Alcantara suede from the factory. This car was fully optioned from the dealer and has the full carbon fiber package which includes the sideblade, interior, and engine covers. It also comes equipped with the premium navigation, Bang and Olufsen stereo system, and a rear backup camera! In addition, the wheels are dipped black, so you can easily reverse them back to the stock finish. This is truly an amazing car.

As far as maintenance, it's received all the services and oil changes which I have all the records. The car will come with Audicare which is completely transferrable so you won't have to pay for your next service. The car also has brand new tires and brakes. I've taken very good care of this car and it needs nothing. It drives perfectly and is in absolutely great condition. I've never raced, tracked, or over revved the car. It took me a year to find this car, there are none on the market with all these options in this price range.

I'm located in the New Jersey area if you wanted to take a look and see it in person. I also have the title in hand for a quick and easy transaction. Please feel free to call me at 609-638-5464 or email me at moiztay@gmail.com if you have any additional questions.

Why BMWs are cheaper than Hyundais in Korea

Sat, 18 May 2013

Bloomberg reports shifting tariff regulations have upended the traditional automotive pecking order in Korea. Thanks to cheaper import taxes, foreign brands have seen market share jump from 28 percent to 41 percent over the last two years. BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi have all capitalized on the shift, with domestics like Hyundai and Kia suffering at the hands of their German rivals.
Taxes on European imports have fallen from 8 percent in 2011 to just 3.2 percent today. Over the next few years, tariffs will all but be eliminated for most imports, and taxes on US-made vehicles are expected to fall to just 4 percent in 2014. By 2016, that number will be zero. Needless to say, Hyundai and Kia are concerned about the shift.
Hyundai has seen profit fall by 15 percent last quarter, and the company says it is on pace to see the slowest sales growth since 2007. The company's shares have fallen by 12 percent. In order to stem the losses, Hyundai has discounted its midsize sedans and started working on diesel engine options.
