Best car we've ever owned. Would never sell it but I need to pay for school...
Kelly Blue Book Private Party Values: Excellent $25,609 - Very Good $24,909 - Good $24,309 - Fair $22,459 You can get it at a fraction of that! I am the 2nd owner of this car. It was leased brand new by previous owner. Later car was purchased at an auction as "flood", but water got to bottom of doors, if that. No water damage was observed to any major systems. I am not a mechanic but I have a reliable shop that I trust 100%. The whole electrical system was checked for corrosion. All fluids were replaced, all major systems checked. Car was tested, inspected and registered in my name and my wife has been driving it ever since. We've had it almost a year and it's been an everyday vehicle for my wife and kids, used during many long-distance trips. This Audi is extremely reliable and comfortable. Very stable on the road, it gives every driver a feeling of control. I can guarantee that this car is 100% safe and reliable. Unfortunately it has to go, so here's an opportunity to own a great Q7 much cheaper than the market value. This vehicle will sell for 75-80% of real value due to the type of title it has. Otherwise it's perfectly legal, free and clear of any claims and ready for you to register in your name. Too many options to list, but I will try: Engine V6, 3.6 Liter Transmission Automatic, 6-Spd w/Overdrive & Tiptronic Drivetrain AWD Braking and Traction Hill Descent Control Traction Control Stability Control ABS (4-Wheel) COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE: Keyless Entry Air Conditioning Power Windows Power Door Locks Cruise Control Steering Power Steering Telescoping Wheel Entertainment and Instrumentation AM/FM Stereo CD (Multi Disc) iPhone dock Sirius Satellite Safety and Security Parking Sensors Dual Air Bags Side Air Bags Head Curtain Air Bags Seats Heated Seats Dual Power Seats Leather Roof and Glass Privacy Glass Lighting Daytime Running Lights Bi-HID Headlamps Cargo and Towing Roof Rack Wheels and Tires Alloy Wheels 3rd Row Seats Amazing ride, drives great, safest vehicle on the road. Gives you quality and comfort. Has a tremendous Bose sound system. Also has a very convenient iPod/iPhone dock. Great job by Audi on this one. I use it to listen to Pandora and at the same time utilize the iPhone navigation, which sounds through the vehicle sound system. Strong family car for many years to come. 56,000 miles! Car has a pa r title. All inspected and ready to go. PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING! I have a 100% positive feedback and would like to maintain it, let's avoid any misunderstanding. 21-five-82-one-672-one More info: POWERTRAIN Engine V6, 3.6 Liter Horsepower 280 @ 6200 RPM Torque 266 @ 2750 RPM Fuel Economy City 14/Hwy 20/Comb 16 MPG Bore x Stroke 3.50 x 3.80 Compression Ratio 12.0 Fuel Type Gas Fuel Induction Sequential Fuel Induction Valve Train Dual Overhead Cam Valves Per Cylinder 4 Total Number Valves 24 Transmission Automatic, 6-Spd w/Overdrive & Tiptronic DRIVETRAIN - AWD Dimensions Fuel Capacity 26.4 gallons Wheel Base 118.2 inches Overall Length 200.2 inches Width with Mirrors 85.7 inches Width without Mirrors - Height 68.4 inches Curb Weight 5126 lbs. The super-luxury Audi Q8 concept is coming to the Detroit Auto Show
Thu, Dec 22 2016We've known the Q8 was on the way since last May, and now we'll get a better glimpse of the range-topping Audi SUV at the 2017 North American International Auto Show. The Q8 is, according to CEO Rupert Stadler, "a sporty Q derivative." It also has the same phonetic pronunciation at the country of Kuwait. To be clear, the vehicle coming to the Detroit show is the Q8 concept, so expect the standard treatment for thinly-disguised production cars like giant wheels and impossibly-small side mirrors. According to a leaked document from earlier this year, the production Q8 comes sometime in 2018. Like most teasers for auto-show reveals, this one only gives us a rough idea of what the car will look like. In this case, that's big, bold, and imposing. Or, as the press release states: "The octagonal Singleframe is considerably wider than that in Audi's current production Q models. Enhancing the forward positioned stance, is dynamic three-dimensional sculpting." We put the quote there to prove you can't make this stuff up. The next sentence in the release says there are design elements reminiscent of the 1980's Audi Quattro, which we consider a positive. According to the latest press conference schedule, expect the Q8 concept to debut at 8:00 AM on Monday, January 9.Related Video: Image Credit: Audi Detroit Auto Show Audi Crossover SUV Concept Cars Luxury 2017 Detroit Auto Show
Adam Carolla is world's the least helpful test drive co-pilot
Mon, 16 Jun 2014If you were going to test drive a new car, who would you want to take with you? Your spouse? A friend? Maybe an automotive journalist? Well take it from us: there's one of us riding shotgun just about every time we go to drive anything, and we're not all we're cracked up to be.
How about a celebrity comedian? Well, that largely depends on which comedian we're talking about here. Some - say, Jerry Seinfeld or Jay Leno, for example - might be more helpful than others, being more or less schooled in the finer points of the modern automobile. Adam Carolla might seem like he belongs on that list too, but in this latest video for a friends at Edmunds.com, the one-time host of The Car Show on Speed TV seems bent on being as comedically intrusive as possible. Which may be funny, but helpful? Not so much. See what we mean in the video below, and the next time you go to test drive a new car, you just might find the world's most popular podcast host climbing in with you.
Comparison test: 2019 Acura RDX vs. compact luxury SUV competitors
Fri, Jun 1 2018Truth be told, if we were to compare the all-new 2019 Acura RDX with those compact luxury crossover SUVs it would most likely be cross-shopped against, you'd be looking at a different list. Even Acura admits that Lexus and Infiniti are the most likely bogies, but with the 2019 RDX, Honda's luxury brand is attempting to attract those customers who think as much with their hearts as with their heads. And for the most part, those folks have been buying from German brands: the Audi Q5, BMW X3 and Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class. So, to show how the new RDX compares to them, Acura actually provided examples of each during the recent press drive along with a Volvo XC60. All were determined to have greater emotional appeal than the last RDX, and we would certainly agree. For, as much as the previous-generation RDX made sense on paper, it was really hard to get excited about it. And when you're paying extra for a luxury vehicle, shouldn't you get a little excited? Well, as luck would have it, Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski and I were on hand in Whistler, British Columbia, for the press launch. We didn't have an abundance of time in each RDX competitor, but in conjunction with our usual comparison chart, our impressions should provide a good first taste of how the new RDX compares. Performance and fuel economy Contributing Editor James Riswick: On paper at least, the RDX is gutsier than its comparably powered European rivals. It also weighs the same or less, which logically should mean it'll be the quickest in a straight line. During my brief drives, though, I'm not sure it really stood taller than the three Germans. It at least matches them for smoothness, which is something that can't be said about the Volvo. Fuel economy is lower than them all when you consider all but the Mercedes come standard with all-wheel drive. It's also worth noting that all the competitors are available with engine upgrades, and unless Acura's forthcoming resurrection of Type S models includes the RDX, it should stay that way. Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski: Line 'em all up in a drag race, and I have a feeling the Acura would squirt away to victory. A good bit of that, though, would be due to its 10-speed automatic transmission, which offers a huge spread of ratios and fires off extremely quick shifts. In the real world, I'd guess fuel economy will be similar across the board, so I'm willing to call that category a draw.
