Backstory: I bought this car for about 3k over 8 months ago as a project car, it ran but had a few problems. Right now i am 95% done with the project, it literally has just a few things i will list below. Since then i have basically spent all my spare time and money into this car, i have spent over $12,000 in parts and labor, kinda bummed out on that because if i didnt buy it i could have a much better car but what can i say life is life and cars are money pits. The reason i am selling this car is because honestly i am tired of 4 door cars and i just want something smaller and funner to drive, the audi is nice and quick but its not a car u buy to race, its more of a luxury sports sedan, im looking for all sports and no luxury lol. Anyways, i have reciepts for almost everything, i dont find joy in keeping reciepts but i do have most.

PRO'S:
Audi R8 Style Headlights
Azetta Style Taillights
New Timing belt and Water pump assemble kit
Front Lip
Rear Lip
Custom Made Carbon Fiber and Black leather steering wheel
New Flip Screen and Touch Screen Radio, has DVD player and CD player and bluetooth and a few other things i believe.
New Front Speakers
New Front Audi Grill w/audi emblem
New Front control arm kit (i replaced basically the entire front steering) Inner tie rods and outer tie rods also
JKS Coilovers, Fully adjustable, also car is slammed.
New Hancock Tires, They have 50,000 mile warranty and I've probably driven less then about 1k miles with them.
Repainted the car in silver and redid the body work, perfect on the outside NO RUST, looks great.
New Intake
Dual Tip Megan Racing Muffler
Replaced 2 new catalytic converters so will pass any emmisions test.
Repainted the rims in black so they are nice and look great.
Drilled and Slotted brake rotors. Ceramic.
New Front right brake caliper installed
New Brake pads all around

EXTRA PARTS: The following below are parts i got for the car but haven't had time yet to put them in, i work full time and go to school full time so not much time.
Stage 3 Racing Clutch
Front Red Bucket Seats Otto R
Racing seat belts 4 point i believe, very nice and were the best i could find.
I also have a FULL SET of Audi S4 seats that are leather and power the set is both FRONT and REAR. i bought off ebay at an auction not too long ago, they alone are worth like 800 bucks.
Side Skirts
Bass System W/ Amp and entire wiring kit.
I have a set of Summer Tires include as extra with over 80% tread still left on them.

Short Shifter

Cons:
Drivers Window needs a new motor
Needs a mass airflow sensor, easy fix costs 50 bucks new. Car still runs fine it is just that the sensor is unplugged so the car doesnt control how much air goes in therefore the MPG is decreased by 2 or so, its car is my daily driver and i do 50-100 miles a day, and has never let me down. Currently does 23 MPG.

Finally: Ok so i think i have got everything down i might have missed some extra mods or parts but if i remember then ill update the ad.

2015 Audi A3

Mon, 10 Mar 2014

The five-door Audi A3 hatchback, on sale in the States since the 2006 model year, never earned the respect it deserved. Despite possessing the automaker's well-regarded build quality and a range of strong powerplants (including an excellent diesel option), the entry-level model always played second fiddle to the rest of the Audi lineup, suffering from less innovative technologies and fewer premium options on its list. Many buyers considered it inferior to the rest of the models in the company's showroom. But those misconceptions could be about to change, as Audi is in the midst of introducing its third-generation A3 family to the States with expectations that the range will finally align with the rest of its portfolio.
First to arrive is this new sedan, notable as it is the first time the A3 has been offered as a compact four door. The new bodystyle is positioned as a premium C-segment offering, with its most obvious competitor being the new Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class (BMW has not officially announced a 2 Series Gran Coupe, which would be the third entrant in the segment). The automaker says its "A3/S3 models will be among the most technically advanced Audi products around" and there will be "no sacrificing Audi craftsmanship and premium appointments." To put the automaker's claims to the test, we spent a week with this new sedan in Southern California.

Audi design getting big overhaul?

Tue, 16 Apr 2013

Car and Driver has an update on the design shuffle in Ingolstadt that will ultimately bring more differentiation to Audi products. Last November, Audi design chief Wolfgang Egger spoke of the need to do "something new without breaking from tradition" in Audi design, but talk at the time centered on how the Crosslane Coupe Concept would influence the new looks of the brand's Q cars. The most recent moves appear focused on passenger cars, with designers from Volkswagen Group kin like Bentley and Seat moving to Audi, and outsiders from Alfa Romeo moving in.
While Egger decreed the end of "scalable design" to CD, last November's report said there would be more technology and "greater visual cohesion" between interior and exterior design. We still have no idea what all this means nor when we'll see visible changes in production, but at least we know there's something being done behind the scenes.

Audi wants to keep you healthy while behind the wheel

Wed, Jan 6 2016

Health tracking is all the rage. You can get smart watches and smart wristbands and all sorts of silly tech to give you intricate metrics about your wellbeing. Hell, my bathroom scale is connected and will automagically sync my latest weight, body fat, and heart rate readings to an app on my smartphone. Bathroom scales and wearables aside, Audi is hoping to bring this fitness-tracking tech to four wheels with its new Fit Driver system. No surprise, the new program was announced at the technophile's paradise that is the Consumer Electronics Show. Paired with a wearable, like an Apple Watch or FitBit, that would monitor heart rate and skin temperature, the car's sensors can track a driver's breathing and driving style. This data can be analyzed alongside weather and traffic information, effectively allowing the car to determine how stressed or tired a driver is. Systems within the vehicle would then be tweaked to "relax, vitalize, or even protect the driver." This can take the form of an automatic massage and adjustments to the cabin temperature, ambient lighting, and infotainment. So when you're about to go full road rage because there's a Camry doing ten under in the left lane, Sirius could flip on the easy listening of Watercolors to calm you down. Naturally, this technology is still in the early stages, and there's no word about when it could actually arrive in production vehicles. But as driverless systems evolve, Audi is aiming to develop such an advanced health suite that an autonomous vehicle could detect a medical emergency, pull over safely, and call for assistance. Here's to the future, folks. Check out the official release below. Audi Fit Driver Audi envisions a future in which drivers leave their cars more relaxed than when they entered them. The car, as a personal yet simultaneously connected space, is ideal for health and fitness monitoring. Under the motto "my Audi cares for me", Audi Fit Driver will become a supportive driving companio. The Audi Fit Driver project focuses on the well-being and health of the driver. A wearable (fitness wristband or smartwatch) monitors important vital parameters such as heart rate and skin temperature. Vehicle sensors supplement this data with information on driving style, breathing rate and relevant environmental data such as weather or traffic conditions. The current state of the driver, such as elevated stress or fatigue, is deduced from the collected data.
