Gorgeous example of the masculine Aston Martin Vanquish. Local two owner VA car with perfect carfax and dealer maintained since new. Equipped with the F1 transmission, expensive rear seat option, heated seats, power park mirrors, rear parking sensors, aluminum/leather steering wheel, telephone+ all the unique Vanquish features. Always stored in a heated and air conditioned garage since new and has never seen the rain. It has never been smoked in and the leather still has that new Aston Martin smell. Excellent service records from Aston Martin of Tysons Corner and original selling dealer in NJ. It just had a $3,500.00 recent major service with all fluids changed (oil, transmission, diff, etc) and has gotten a clean bill of health. Beautiful body with no paint work, accidents or dents nor has this car been beaten on. Interior is fantastic with almost no wear anywhere and all gauges, lights, signals etc. function as they should. Wheels are excellent and rear OEM Yokohama AVS tires recently replaced with front original tires at 50%. Always driven by responsible older gentleman. New Battery installed and the Aston is always on a factory trickle charger. This car sounds incredible with its big V-12. No disappointments, stories or issues. Just pased VA state inspection and emissions, comes with all factory books and tools and really needs nothing but a new lucky owner.

15-year-old Russian footballer crashes Aston Martin he's owned for 3 days
Fri, Jan 9 2015You wouldn't expect a 15-year-old boy to have the driving experience required to tame an Aston Martin, and things went just as you would suspect for one young, Russian soccer player who fits that description. It only took three days before the teen reportedly collided with a Volkswagen Tiguan at an intersection in Saint Petersburg, Russia. To make matters worse, the boy allegedly fled the scene afterward because he didn't have a driver's license. The purported driver was Konstantin P., a goalkeeper for the Zenit-84 soccer team, according to Life News from Russia. The teen told the website that the Tiguan came out of nowhere at around 50 miles per hour (80 km/h). He was driving into the intersection and claimed to be going about 25-30 mph (40-50 km/h) when they collided. No one was reportedly hurt in the incident. Konstantin allegedly bought the Aston Martin with his own money, but he might not have been responsible enough to actually drive it. Lagonda electric crossover SUV coming in 2021
Thu, May 10 2018The folks at Aston Martin's ultra-luxury division Lagonda have been busy lately. The company showed a concept for a full-electric sedan at Geneva, with plans for production, and have now revealed a preview of a full-electric crossover SUV concept. It doesn't have a name yet, but, like the Lagonda Vision Concept, it's a look at a future production Lagonda. And although the Vision Concept was shown first, this crossover is planned to hit production two year's earlier in 2021. Aston Martin Lagonda only released one image of the crossover, and, well, it looks unique. We only get a look at the rear 3/4 angle, and the car above it is clearly the Vision Concept. Lagonda says the crossover is inspired by the Vision Concept, and looking at the photo, it does appear to pretty much be the Vision Concept but with a taller ride height and an extended roofline to create a hatchback. As for what we can expect from the crossover, we can extrapolate from the Vision Concept. Lagonda announced that it has plans for its production EVs to have a range of about 400 miles with solid-state batteries. Its vehicles will also be all-wheel drive. Only time will tell whether Aston Martin and Lagonda will be able to deliver on long-range, solid-state battery-powered cars within three years. Related Video:
Aston Martin Valkyrie officially makes 1,160 horsepower
Fri, Mar 1 2019The Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar will have a total system output of 1,160 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque. We knew the raw figure from the naturally aspirated V12 engine was 1,000 horsepower, but a few details on the KERS-style hybrid assistance system were released today. In doing the math, this means the single electric motor mounted in the gearbox is responsible for adding 160 horsepower and 207 pound-feet of torque to the equation. Aston says the electric motor and battery pack were developed with the help of Integral Powertrain Ltd and Rimac as suppliers and partners. We all know Rimac for its ridiculous electric supercars it has made, so it looks to be a smart partnership for now. Peak combined power is made at a dizzying 10,500 rpm, with peak torque coming in at a still-high 6,000 rpm. If you missed out on the engine breakdown from this past December, then know the 6.5-liter V12 will keep spinning until 11,100 rpm. We're guessing this race-car-like number drops your jaws, just as it does ours. Cosworth and Aston Martin teamed up to create this beauty of an engine — sound clips of it running make us think we're listening to historical Formula 1 footage; it's that good. This news comes ahead of the 2019 Geneva Motor Show next week, which could prove itself a launching pad for even more information to be learned about the Aston Martin hypercar. At this point we know there will be an even more exclusive AMR Pro track-only variant and a track pack option for the "normal" Valkyrie, which isn't all that normal itself. It's expected to weigh a light 2,200 pounds and have an unrestricted top speed of 254 mph. Aston appears to be continuing development on the car, so don't consider those final quite yet.
