2007 Aston Martin Db9 With Full Aston Martin Cpo Warranty And 6 Speed Manuel on 2040-cars
Marlboro, New Jersey, United States

DESCRIPTION:
For Sale is my beautiful 2007 Aston Martin DB9 with factory Aston Martin CPO Warranty. This DB9 has undergone a rigorous 4 hour inspection in order to be considered certified by Aston Martin. This means you can actually enjoy driving the car instead of worrying about potential costly breakdowns. This vehicle is fully loaded with every factory option including: -Aluminum front grille -Sports package (19" wheels, sport tuned suspension, 1" lowered ride height) -Front skid plate (prevents damage to front fascia) -Ventilated slotted front and rear brake rotors -6 piston front and 4 piston red brake calipers -Upgraded Lynn sound system with sub woofer -"Clear skin" over rockers and rear quarter panels to protect against chips and scratches -Contrast black/red leather interior -Black piano wood accents -Parking sensors -Heated seats -Navigation -Bluetooth This DB9 is also extremely rare as it comes with a 6 speed manuel transmission. Less than 5% of all DB9's EVER made have the optional 6 speed manuel. In my opinion, you cannot drive this car unless it's manuel, an automatic transmission simply does not do this car justice. Additionally, this DB9 comes with full Aston Martin service history, and at this point does NOT require any maintenance for at least another year or 10k miles (whichever comes first). -Oil and Filter service performed 6/2014 -Tires were changed 6,600 miles ago -Brakes were changed 1,800 miles ago Basically, this DB9 is ready to be a daily driver or can be parked in your living room as a work of art because it's in pristine showroom condition. Although I mostly drive the car on weekends, I have driven it several times to work from NJ to Manhattan where the roads differ greatly. The DB9 feels comfortable in any setting and road surface. The ride is never too stiff and has just enough modern creature comforts that you would never expect from a car that's nearly 7 years old or rather young! I am selling the car simply because I need the money to fund a new business, additionally, as can be seen from the miles, I just have not had time to use the car as much as I hoped I would. With that being said, I am not desperate to sell the car, however, I am negotiable on the price. Similar DB9's that are NOT fully loaded, do NOT have the rare 6 speed manuel transmission, and certainly do NOT have the CPO Aston Martin Warranty have sold for my current asking price. Hopefully, this car can go to a home that will love and cherish it as much as I have. If you have any questions or would like to set up a time to see and drive the car please send me a message. You MUST know how to drive a manuel if you would like to test drive the car! SHIPPING: If you choose the Buy It Now Price, I will include shipping/transportation anywhere in US (except Hawaii, and Alaska). PAYMENT: A $200 non refundable security deposit is due within 2 business days, this payment can be made using PayPal. The balance is due within 7 business days via a certified check, bank check or bank to bank transfer/wire. If you are intending to get a loan, final payment date can be extended as long as a letter is provided from the bank indicating an application has been submitted. FEEDBACK: Feedback is extremely important in conducting business with Ebay. Please feel free to look at my 100% feedback! |

UK offers Aston Martin military base to produce DBX in Wales
Fri, Jul 24 2015The British government is doing its best to encourage Aston Martin to build the DBX in the United Kingdom. To that end, Prime Minister David Cameron made a public offer to the automaker Thursday to make use of a military facility in Wales to produce the crossover. The location is St Athan, a Royal Air Force base and Ministry of Defence facility with space left vacant since a planned military academy earmarked for the site was canceled less than five years ago. One of its empty hangars is what Cameron offered to Aston Martin, according to the BBC. The facility is located near the airport in the Welsh capital of Cardiff, a little over two hours from the company's headquarters and principal manufacturing site in Gaydon. If Aston takes the bait, the site would be used to manufacture the DBX that would become the company's first crossover. Rivals Jaguar, Bentley, Maserati, and Lamborghini are all planning to launch their first crossovers, as well. Aston showcased a concept version of the DBX at the Geneva Motor Show this March, but the production version is expected to go a bit more mainstream, ditching the electric powertrain and two-door layout in favor of more conventional propulsion and four-door setup. The company is also said to be considering opening a new facility in the United States, specifically in Alabama near the Mercedes plant there, to handle production of the DBX. Other locations within the UK are also said to be under consideration, but Aston has yet to make a decision – or at least an announcement – on where the crossover might be assembled. When Aston previously branched out with the launch of the Rapide, it contracted Magna Steyr to handle assembly on its behalf in Austria, before moving production back home. The contract manufacturing facility is the same to which the Jaguar Land Rover is expected to entrust assembly of the F-Pace crossover. It's also where the G-Class is built for Mercedes, which in turn similarly hired AM General recently to assume production of the R-Class crossover. Related Video:
F1 to offer track rides with Alonso, Verstappen, Hakkinen
Sat, Feb 17 2018It's not often that a Formula 1 fan gets to experience what an F1 track feels like from the point of view of a racing driver. An in-car camera just goes so far, and tracks are not always open for the public, or even for track days. Now, a special Hot Laps program announced by Formula 1 and Pirelli means some lucky participants are able to take part in ridealongs on the same F1 tracks where all the racing action happens. The first two manufacturers that have announced their participation are Aston Martin and McLaren, and as a result the Vantage and 720S will be used in the program. More car manufacturers have reportedly signed up, and they will be named in the near future. The first Hot Laps will be driven at the 2018 Bahrain GP. The best is still to come. The professional racing drivers that have enlisted for the Hot Laps program are Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen for Aston Martin, and the McLarens will be driven by Mika Hakkinen, Lando Norris, Fernando Alonso and Stoffel Vandoorne. Imagine being taken for a ride by such wheelmen! Just doing a grocery run with Alonso behind the wheel would probably be exciting enough, let alone getting a track experience. Of course, the one thing that hasn't yet been mentioned is the price. We can't imagine a lap can be very modestly priced in this case, but it will sure be a once-in-a-lifetime thing. Unless you can afford two laps, that is. Related Video: Motorsports Aston Martin McLaren Luxury Performance Pirelli Max Verstappen lando norris
Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider loses roof, swaps doors, keeps the speed
Thu, Aug 12 2021The Aston Martin Valkyrie family has officially expanded to three models with the introduction of the Valkyrie Spider at Monterey Car Week. And as the name suggests, it's a convertible. The new roof required a few tweaks, but the car is still basically the same as the hardtop. The Valkyrie Spider's roof is a removable hardtop made of carbon fiber and featuring hinged polycarbonate windows on either side. This is to allow easier entry and exit with the roof in place. Also, because the roof is removable, the Spider couldn't have the gull-wing doors of the coupe. So Aston Martin reengineered it to have butterfly doors. A few other undisclosed aerodynamic changes were made, too. Though Aston Martin didn't say by how much, the company did say the Spider is a bit heavier than its closed counterpart. But owners are unlikely to really notice since they'll be working with the same 1,139 horsepower from the 6.5-liter V12. And really, even if the weight change were noticeable, it would probably be covered up by the fact that you'll be able to hear that engine much better. It's still extremely fast, capable of around 205 mph with the top off, and around 217 mph with the top in place. Aston will build 85 Valkyrie Spiders. No pricing or availability was given, and there's a distinct possibility all the examples have been sold already. The people who are lucky enough to get one should expect their cars to arrive in the second half of 2022. Related video:
