New - Clutch - Pressure Plate - Throw-out Bearing

New Oil Pan Gasket

Fresh Oil Change with Filter

Rear Main Oil Seal

New Water Pump

Spark Plugs

Cap

Rotor

New Set of Plug Wires

New Tires

Recent new back end exhaust

Recent New Convertible Top

I have the original owners manual and keys - if you like you may also request a PPI (at your expense).  This alfa has many years of enjoyment left -  winning bidder may drive it home or I can help the the transport driver load it on the truck.  The only spot that may need attention is some road acne on the nose - someone before me has tried to paint the small chips but did a poor job - I tried to show it in the pictures.  Finally 2 small hair line splits behind the dash vents (you have to lean over the fender and look through the windshield to view them--nothing big but they're there - you have to look hard to see them - they're an easy fix at an upholstery shop.  This car overall in my opinion is a decent Alfa at an affordable price.  Please take some time to read the disclaimer below.

Marchionne threatens to move Alfa production out of Italy

Fri, 12 Jul 2013

Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne was unsurprisingly frank when asked by reporters about potential investments in Italian manufacturing for Alfa Romeo and Maserati, giving the Italian government the ultimatum, "Italy should decide if they want [Alfa Romeo's relaunch] to happen here or not as Fiat and Chrysler have several alternatives." Them's fightin' words.
Fiat's issue with the government stems directly from its courtroom clashes with the Fiom labor union. The two are currently embroiled in proceedings over longer shifts and shorter breaks, as Fiom has so far refused to sign a new contract citing revised labor laws that it says are anti-union.
According to Bloomberg, Fiat will be spending over $2.5 billion on development of eight new Alfas and six new Maseratis, in a bid to wrest some of the luxury pie away from BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi. But that's only going to happen if the government is willing to play ball and make life easier on Fiat.

Marchionne on Alfa's US return, Dodge Dart's powertrain weakness and minivan plans

Fri, 18 Jan 2013

As a reporter covering an auto show, the one opportunity you never want to miss is going to the Sergio Marchionne press briefing.
"This undertaking to bring Alfa back is a one-shot deal... We are not going to do this twice."
There just aren't that many real characters left in the auto industry. Marchionne, who sits atop both Chrysler and Fiat, is not only one of the smartest execs in the business, but also the most frank. Herein, a sample of the quotable always-sweatered executive:

Fiat reconsidering Mazda-based Alfa Romeo roadster? [w/poll]

Mon, 03 Mar 2014

Alfa giveth and Alfa taketh away. With apologies to Job (he has gone through a lot, after all), that's how things are looking at the Italian automaker - whether it's the promise of new products or its impending return to the North American market. But it's especially true when it comes to new roadsters.
While Alfa Romeo is expected to unveil the 4C Spider at the Geneva Motor Show this week, reports are now suggesting that its other roadster project is being called into question. That project is a joint venture between Fiat and Mazda, which was set to produce a version of its next MX-5 Miata as an Alfa Romeo, and was even changing the design to accommodate Alfa's requirements.
Now it appears, however, that the whole project in doubt. The problem seems to stem from Sergio Marchionne's pronouncements that, as long as he's in charge, there won't be an Alfa Romeo built outside of Italy.
