Nice 1989 Alva Milano Verde. Acquired last year with the intention of adding an Evolution body kit and keeping forever since they are rare. I had many cars and this was the last one. I was hoping that I will be able to keep it but sadly I have let it go too. It carries a salvage title from New York state from the year 2000 due to a minor accident as I was informed by previous owner. I had it checked before purchase and there was nothing wrong with it. Any how, previous owner had it for the last 13 years after it was fixed.  The car has lots of of nice features. Please look at the pictures as they are from a couple of days ago. Here is a quick break down:

Exterior: is in very good condition. Has been painted at some point in its life. Some minor dings, one dint in passenger rear door one rust spot around the same area. Roof is done in Mat black plastic dip. Newer headlights. Newer Grill. Euro Tail lights with clear lens & amber signals. No crack or nicks in all glass. All lights work. Overall 8/10

Interior: No Cracks in Dash or door panels. All door handles/grams are intact and function correctly. Front seats are clean as you can see. Rear passenger seat a little worn. Carpets are good. Headliner is newer with gray suede like material and original black sunroof. Nice contrast if you ask me that matches seats. New Driver's side cushion. New leather shift knob and MOM steering wheels in perfect condition. No crack is center armrest (nice and soft). 9.5/10

Electrical: All switches function correctly. 9/10

Mechanical: Lots have been spent on maintenance. Engine was completely overhauled by previous owner. I spent over 2K in maintenance work to make sure I get no surprises for a long time. (i.e. timing belt, belts, water pump, thermostat, hoses, plugs....etc.). Very good brakes, Sharp steering. 9.5/10

Exhaust: Very nice ANSA dual tip Muffler sounds incredible). Brand new Cat installed a month ago to get car registered and smog legal in California. 9/10.

NO MECHANICAL UPGRADES...ALLL STOCK

*TSW 16 Inch alloys (total of 5 rims) Good rubber by General Tire.

*NO LEAKS

*NO SQUEECKS

*NO RATTLES

*NEW CAT (passed California smog test with flying colors)

*Leather Shift knob

*MOMO steering wheel

*KONI Sport shocks all around

*Lowered with rear springs and adjusting torsion bars to match.

*Kenwood CD/MP3/USB Blue tooth head unit

*JBL Front speakers (Seperates)

*HiFonics 6x9 rears with 164 covers to match size.

Now the most important thing that you want to know.............

The car is an absolute joy to drive. Straight and tracks very well. Verrrry tight. Pulls extremely strong in ALL GEARS. One of the best milanos I have ever owned. Tranny shifts like it should. No synchro problems here. Clutch is light on your foot and engages and dis engages like it should. Very fast car. A real head turner too. NO MECHANICAL ISSUES. A real nice Alfa for some one who wants the LAST YEAR for Milanos in the US.

One last note. Please have funds available. Put all your doubts to rest before you bid and or win. Ask questions first. Other than what I have described I have no other info to share really. Please read entire listing. No ridiculous offers please. I know what I have and its worth every penny I am asking. If you are looking for a project Alfa, this is not it. If you are looking for Cheap Alfa just cause, this is not it. I will entertain REASONABLE OFFERS.

Shipping is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. I will assist as much as I can in arrangements. Also to be clear, there is no implied or explicit warranty due to cars age and mileage. Please have realistic expectations as this is a 25 year old car.

Good Look to all and happy bidding.

Lightly-camouflaged Alfa Romeo Stelvio snapped testing

Mon, Oct 24 2016

With the Alfa Romeo Stelvio's expected reveal date at the Los Angeles Auto Show quickly approaching, we're not surprised to see prototypes testing in broad daylight with less and less camouflage. But even these latest spy shots make it difficult to determine details about the upcoming SUV. Just like before the headlights are disguised by heavy tape, but appear to be nearly identical to the ones found on the Giulia sedan. There's also a small v-shaped grille at the front with two rectangular ones on the bottom of the front fascia. The hood has three oddly-shaped ridges, but those are probably more camo to disguise actual creases. Previous SUVs were spotted with much smaller ruffles on the hood. The overall profile of the prototype remains the same as the ones we've spotted earlier with a design that mimics the Porsche Macan. The bulbous rear end of the SUV hasn't changed much either. The familiar taillights are still taped off, but appear to be taken straight from the Giulia. The massive exhaust tips, though, are new and would be more at home on a sports car. With the Stelvio expected to get the same gasoline and diesel powertrains as the Giulia, the weapon-sized exhaust tips on the prototype hint towards the possibility of the SUV getting the 2.9-liter V6 from the Giulia Quadrifoglio. Robert Kubica moves from Williams to Alfa Romeo F1 reserve

Sun, Jan 5 2020

LONDON — Robert Kubica has joined Alfa Romeo as their 2020 reserve driver, the role the Pole carried out 14 years ago when he made his Formula One debut with the Swiss-based team then known as BMW Sauber. The deal announced on Wednesday also sees Polish oil company PKN ORLEN, who backed the 35-year-old's comeback last season at former champions Williams, become a co-title sponsor of the team in a multi-year partnership. Kubica's big break came in 2006 when he became Poland's first F1 racer, replacing Canada's 1997 world champion Jacques Villeneuve at BMW Sauber and going on to win with them at the 2008 Canadian Grand Prix. The Pole, who suffered a near-fatal rally accident in 2011 that partially severed his right arm, scored tail-enders Williams' only point last year in a remarkable personal comeback clouded by the team's inability to provide a competitive car. He announced in September that he was leaving and has since been replaced by Canadian Nicholas Latifi, the team's 2019 reserve. "I'm starting a new chapter in my career by joining Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN. This is a team that has a special place in my heart and it'll be nice to see the familiar faces I still remember from Hinwil," said Kubica in a statement. "Time and circumstances are obviously different, but I am convinced that I will find the same determination and hunger to succeed." Kubica had also been linked to the Haas and Racing Point teams who had considered him for a role as a tester and simulator driver. Ferrari-powered Alfa Romeo's race drivers this year are Finland's 2007 world champion Kimi Raikkonen and Italian Antonio Giovinazzi, an unchanged lineup from 2019. Team principal Frederic Vasseur welcomed Kubica, who before his accident raced for Renault and was close to becoming a Ferrari driver, back to the Hinwil factory. "He is a driver that needs no introduction: one of the most brilliant in his generation and one who displayed the true meaning of human determination in his fight to return to racing after his rallying accident," he said. "His feedback will be invaluable as we continue to push our team towards the front of the grid." Alfa Romeo finished last season in eighth place with 57 points. The team said PKN ORLEN branding will feature on the C39 car and all "trackside assets". Related Video:
