Up for sale is this super clean 2007 Acura RDX AWD with the Technology Package. This vehicle is super clean and loaded up with every option that was available. Unfortunately, this vehicle was involved in
a flood and is being sold with Connecticut salvage title. We are not
sure
why this vehicle was branded a flood because we can see no sign of any
water damage at all and the vehicle is in perfect running order with
all the electronics working perfectly (see my video). Every switch and
button in this car is working the way it should. There is absolutely no
reason this vehicle should have been branded a salvage
title.
This RDX is
super
clean and has an Artic White exterior with black leather interior that is super clean. The leather seats are in like new condition
and they are also
heated and
fully powered with memory functions. This RDX just turned 83k
miles (which is low for this year) and it runs and drives
fantastically. All these miles are out of
state highway miles and it shows. This RDX has the 2.3 Liter turbocharged Vtec
engine, which is a 4 cylinder engine that is powerful and gets amazing
gas mileage. Every
feature in the car is working the way it should including the A/C. The
air conditioning in this car is ICE cold and the heat is as hot as you
could want it to be. This vehicle is ready for its
new owner and needs nothing at all done to it. This is a nice example
of an all original, fully loaded, low mileage, super clean Acura. And
they are
hard to find like this loaded up with all these options. This car has
every possible option available.
This Accord is loaded up with every possible
option. It has full leather interior with dual heated seats, Navigation
system with DVD player, interactive zagat restaurant menus, rear backup camera, 6 Disc in dash CD changer with upgraded Premium
audio system, tire pressure monitoring system, heated rear view mirrors, glass sliding moonroof,
steering wheel controls with leather wrapped steering wheel, dual
climate control, onboard computer, upgraded alloy wheels, remote keyless entry, xenon
headlights, traction control, wireless bluetooth cell phone, XM
satellite radio, Auxiliary audio outlets for your MP3 device, and all
the power options that you could possibly think of. This vehicle as too
much to list! This Acura comes with two original Acura key
fobs. We also have all the owners manuals and booklets, all the floor
mats, wheel lock
key, and the unused spare
tire, tool kit, and jack. The tool kit is
pretty much complete as well. Its all
there. This vehicle
was
very well cared for and it
shows. The maintenance all appears to be current and the vehicle is
reliable and runs like a dream. The car has all matching Michelin tires
all around with plenty of thread left. We have driven it 1000 miles and it seems to be running and
driving 100%. You can literally jump in this vehicle and drive it 2,000
miles back home without any problems. We changed all the motor and
transmission fluids and the vehicle has gooo brakes, good rotors, and
good windshield wiper blades. The exterior of the vehicle is clean. The paint is nice and
glossy and all the body lines are perfect and straight. The body is in
above average condition and there is no real blemishes to point out on
this vehicle at all. There is no dents or dings on this vehicle at all. The car shows extremely well,
especially for its
age. The paint shines like glass. The
interior of
the
vehicle is also super clean. The seats
have no cracks or rips and the leather is very firm and supple. The
dash and door panels are also very nice and clean. All the
leather trimmings and other interior trims are in perfect condition. The
interior is perfect condition in my
opinion. This car
is being sold as-is, where-is, and there is no warranties expressed or
implied. This vehicle is being sold with a salvage title. It is the
buyers responsibility to know the laws and requirements for registering
a salvage vehicle in their state. If you would like to see the car and

Honda renews trademark for Acura CDX compact crossover
Wed, Jan 31 2018Honda recently renewed its U.S. trademark for the name "CDX," which the Japanese carmaker first applied for in 2015. Back then, observers expected the name to apply to an Acura version of the Honda HR-V, and they were right — but no one expected the CDX would go on sale only in China, in 2016. For the past two years, the U.S. auto media has speculated on whether the CDX will ever make it here. "(We) have our R&D guys looking into the possibility," group VP of Acura U.S. Jon Ikeda told Wards Auto last April about the CDX. However, he went on to note that it's not as simple as just shipping it over due to regulation differences between China and the United States. The trademark application doesn't mean a green light, but it shows Honda's at least leaving the door open to the prospect. The Chinese-market CDX is a Honda HR-V after a wardrobe change. The only engine option is the 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder from the Civic, CR-V, and Accord, with 179 horsepower and 177 pound-feet (our HR-V uses a 1.8-liter four-cylinder with 141 hp and 127 lb-ft). The only transmission offered is an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Drivetrains can be had in front- or all-wheel drive. We wonder how much longer Honda can sit on the sidelines. The CDX doubled Acura's sales in China in one year. Acura sells more crossovers than sedans in the United States, and in the past two years that the CDX has been on sale in China, the compact crossover segment here has got more crowded and more popular. The Cadillac XT4 is imminent, and we could see the new Lexus UX compact crossover at the Geneva Motor Show. Really, an American-market Acura CDX can't come soon enough. Acura NSX to race in GT3 or GTE
Mon, Aug 10 2015Honda is reportedly planning to roll out a racing version of the new Acura NSX. It just hasn't decided yet on which class it wants to enter it into, to whose specifications it will build it, and which department will be tasked with the project. The original NSX competed principally in Japan's own Super GT series. So did the subsequent HSV-010 GT that was originally designed to be the NSX's replacement. But Acura's new supercar is as much an American vehicle as a Japanese one, and as such it looks more likely to compete on American soil. The options which Honda is considering boil down to GTE and GT3. What's the difference, you ask? Until just a few years ago, international sports car racing was split between GT1, GT2, GT3, and (to a lesser extent) GT4 classes. GT1 was phased out in 2009, GT2 was reformatted into GTE (with both Pro and Am categories), while both GT3 and GT4 carried on. Today GTE is run at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and its associated championships around the globe: the FIA World Endurance Championship, the European Le Mans Series, the Asian Le Mans Series, and the United SportsCar Championship. Meanwhile GT3 is run in series like the Blancpain Endurance Series and a growing number of regional championships. (GT4 is run in lower-level series for amateur racers.) Acura currently runs the TLX-GT in the Pirelli World Challenge here in America. But as the series moves to GT3 specifications as well, the company is facing the decision of either adapting the existing racer to the new regulations (and coming away with a potentially compromised package), or replace it entirely. The NSX could prove just the ticket, however the GTE class may ultimately give it more exposure. Whichever rulebook Acura opts to play by, it likely won't be running under hybrid power – an element which would add complication but not necessarily much benefit under current regulations. The automaker will also have to decide who will develop the new NSX racer, with both California-based Honda Performance Development (HPD) and Italian outfit JAS Motorsport (which fields Honda's WTCC team) eyed as potential candidates.
