AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! We were told they were not busy, but it took them almost 2 hours to get to my truck. Ridiculous rate of $120 per hour, on top of a $50 fee for coming out. $290 later, they tell us they can not figure it out and said it could be our ECM (computer) and they want to tow us to their shop. We said no, if you can`t figure it out now, having a pro-link on your service truck, what can you figure out at... view more your shop? We asked if they could tow us to the Freightliner dealer. Of coarse, but for $600 for 40 miles!!! We hired another towing company and they towed us for $400!!! The Freightliner dealer found the problem literally 5 minutes into the diagnosis. The problem was a broken battery cable. Very disgusted, very shady.
