I Can`t give a good rating sin...

I Can`t give a good rating since they had my car for 4 days only to find that they couldn`t do anything and it would have to go to the dealer. They said they would look at the car in the afternoon of the first day. Never happened. Day 2, was told mechanics were MIA and could not be reached at all (And yet we have high unemployment in this country - I wonder how that could be). Day 3 - `We`re looking at it`. Day 4, ye... view moreah, we don`t have the equipment for this. Why didn`t you guys just say that on Day 1? Oh yeah, because you were lying to get the business. Don`t lie to customers, you`ll never get their business back.

Alamo Garage is the best auto shop in San Antonio, hands down. All these ratings do not lie. They are quick and good. I definitely recommend any service they provide, they are the only ones I trust with my beloved car.

I had to have major repairs do...

I had to have major repairs done to my car a few weeks ago. I had to get tires replaced, some work done on the transmission and to the brakes, as well as some smaller general repairs. I was weary of being taken advantages of, because I know nothing about cars, and I am female, but that was all for not. The guys treated both me and my car with nothing but respect.
