I normally don?ˆ™t write reviews but in this case I?ˆ™ll make an exception. I agree with the previous writer in that the service after they get your money is less than desirable. My wife and I took our cars to this location not only for oil changes but for inspections as well.
My problem was that they removed a guard plate from under the car in order to get to the filter to change the oil. One day my wife came ho... view moreme from work with the guard hanging down and scrapping on the cement.
When I took the car back to Valvoline I spoke Jason, the manager. He told me right from the start that he would not fix / replace the guard. I told him that that was unacceptable and he said he would make some calls and get back to me. I asked him how long that would be and he told me within three days.
Today was the 7th day without a call so I called him. He told me that they were still not going to replace the guard but that they would take a look at it and see how it could be put back on as best it could?ˆ¦ I asked for the owners name and he told me it was Robby Wilson. I asked how I could get in contact with him and Jason told me I couldn?ˆ™t because he didn?ˆ™t deal with matters like this.
So, with no problems up until this I would have said this was a respectable business but at the first sign of trouble they bail on you and don?ˆ™t do what is right. I will pay the $170.00 to get a new guard from the dealership and have my new oil change place put it on.

Great Service
I recommend this location to anybody seeking general auto maintenance. The manager, Jason and his crew are terrific. Getting an oil change normally isn`t a fun thing but Jason and his crew make it a pleasent experience. Way to go, Jason.
