Reviews:

Purchased a car back in November of 2012, two weeks into owning the car the heat stopped working so I contacted Keys about the warranty that they had offered on my car. Charles told me to bring in the car and they would take a look at it, brought it up on a saturday for them to look at it and they diagnose the issue as a bad thermostat and replaced it the same day, 30 minutes into my hour and a half drive home the ca... view morer started to overheat and smoke, I was able to limp the car back to the dealership. It was too late in the day to do anything so they gave me a loaner car and I went on my way. A couple days later I get a call saying my thermostat housing was leaking and that was the cause of the overheating and they had fixed it and I could come back and pick up my car. Drove out there again and got my car, a day later the heat did not work, gave Charles a call again and told him the heat issue was back, again he told me to bring the car back in and they would take a look at it. Both Charles and Tom said it was looking like the water pump was on it`s way out and they would replace this under their warranty. Bring the car back for the third time and they did the waterpump (along with the timing belt after arguing with them that it should be replaced if they were going to do a waterpump on a D17, it would be off anyways). I got another loaner car and the car was left up north for a couple more days, Tom agreed to have one of his guys drive my car down about half way to save me the travel time. A couple days later again the heat stopped working, Tom was becoming less cooperative with the whole thing so I had my shop check out the issue, they had diagnosed the issue to be a bad headgasket and it needed to be replaced. I gave Charles a call and told him what my shop had found and he said he would talk to Tom about repair, the next day I called to touch base with them and see when I could drop off the car to have it repaired, I got "I still have to decide if I want to fix it or not" response from Tom. With more auguring I finally got them to agree to repair of the headgasket but they wanted me to pay for the parts for the repair, so for the fourth time I drop off the car for the head gasket replacement and I get another loaner car from them. A couple days later I get a call from Charles saying that my car is ready and the heat issue is gone, on my way up to Keys the shock on the loaner car separated from the top hat on the highway, I was able to get over into the shoulder and I gave Charles a call, he told me that I had to wait until monday before they could tow the car and I had to get it to a secure location if I wanted my car back. I ended up paying 330 dollars for a tow for their loaner car to be returned to their dealership, they would not reimburse me for this cost. I had my car back and the heat was working great after having them do work on it four times, by now my title had shown up and I noticed that both my name and address was wrong on the title, again I gave Charles a call and he said he would look into it. After getting the run around with them for three weeks I finally got a response from Tom - "The name and address on the title is the same as the one on our paperwork that we sent into the state and because you did not double check it I will not pay for a new title". When I purchased the car from Keys I had given the sales woman my drivers license for her to copy my information, Tom had a weak excuse for why he didn`t want to spend any more money. After driving over 500 miles in total to get my car fixed, 350 for a tow and 100 to fix my title I would not send anyone to Keys Used Autos, Charles is very helpful and wants to do the right things to keep customers happy but he is limited by Tom wanting to take shortcuts and take the cheapest way out.
