My husband and I visited Kolosso today because we have been looking for a car for a couple months. We have decided we wanted a used Prius and there were some here that we wanted to look at. From the beginning the salesman we dealt with was not interested in the fact that we wanted a used car and not a new one. He just kept telling us about leasing a new car when we told him more than once we wanted to buy a used c... view morear. He was very standoffish the whole time and did not seem interested in selling us a used car at all. This obviously made me very irritated, if they don`t want to sell people used cars then don`t have them on the lot! I will not be going back there and would not recommend them to anyone.

Bought a Toyota because they`r...

Bought a Toyota because they`re reliable but ended up broken down in the middle of nowhere approximately 10 miles after having my oil changed and a regular service inspection at Kolosso. Obviously it was their fault or the issue should have been diagnosed during the inspection, right? They completely denied any fault and charged me $100 for the tow to their facility (on top of the repair bills). They also tell me ... view moreabout a "major leak" in my coolant about every other regular service (why not every service??). I haven`t had to top off the fluids in over a year, yet this problem is so "severe" they recommend having the whole pump replaced immediately. Although I continue to use them to service my vehicle, I have 0% trust and am looking for someone else to service my vehicle.

I was relocated to Appleton tw...

I was relocated to Appleton twelve years ago and have have more than a few bad experiences with auto service centers. I finally went to Kolosso expecting the same service and found to my suprise, a great manager who expected nothing less from his employees. Imagine how suprised I was and how pleased I still am.

GREAT PLACE

Went to kolosso to look for a used car for our daughter. Vicki was our sales person (who was the greatest ever). We found a 2006 Toyota Corolla in great shape. It was Toyota Certified with a warranty up to 100,000 miles. Vicki got us a great deal along with a 3.9% interest rate. Now our daughter is set for many miles of worry free driving. Thank you Kolosso and thank you Vicki what a class act.

Unsure What To Say

I am unsure how to explain that they did not diagnose the problem. I have a 99 toyota corolla which they stated needed an 02 sensor ($220.00). What they did not tell me is my carburetor was cracked and leaking oil. Two days later I was stranded in Milwaukee, as the carburetor had no compression. I had to ride greyhound back to appleton.
