HE IS NOT CRAZY. HE IS A THIEF !
Just like other post I`m giving them 1 because there is no 0. I both a vehicle that looks nice and drove smoothly at the test drive. However, very NEXT day after I come on complete stop and turn left or right the car vibrate very badly. Went back and......yes you guess very well. They don`t care. Now, car is in the shop and there is over $ 1000 already and still a lot to be spent. According to mechanics at main d... view moreealer place this can not be overnight thing, it is something that ""Crazy Jim"" and his weird salesman Jim had to know all along . So far all 4 wheel bearings are bad and now they are checking for more possible damage. DON`T BUY AT THIS PLACE ! YOU HAVE A BIG CHANCE TO BE RIPPED OFF!

Excellent Customer Service !
I do not enjoy car shopping. But I needed to buy an additional family car. I was looking for something reasonably priced. A friend recommended Crazy Jim`s they had bought several cars from them over the years all with good result. I checked out a couple other used car stores before I stopped at Crazy Jim`s, but their prices were too high for the quality of car.
When I arrived at Crazy Jim`s I was surprised at the... view more reasonable prices and selection. I was able to look around without being harassed by pushy sales people. After about 15 minutes I was approached by Jimmy (salesman) he seemed very knowledge about the inventory and was able to direct me to financing once I decided upon a car.
This car shopping experience was superb! This business gets my recommendation!

Excellent Dealer!!!!!!!!!!
After an exhausting day of looking at cars at places with SUPER annoying car salesmen, I stopped at Crazy Jim`s and it was the best decision I made all day. Small lot but the salespeople were VERY helpful!!! Linda was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Linda took the time to explain everything I needed to know about all 5 cars I was interested in. She let me test drive them and w... view moreas very easy to talk to. She was not at all pushy like all the other salesmen I had dealt with though out the day. After looking and test driving the cars at Crazy Jims, I was unsure what car to purchase because they were all great cars. Linda helped me with my decision making and based on her knowledge and experience, I took her advice and purchased the best car. I purchased a Jeep and it has been great. I made my purchase a couple months ago but wanted to be certain it was a great purchase before writing a review. I would highly recommend this dealership. I am in the US Military and Linda was more than grateful and gave me a nice military discount on my Jeep and thanked me for my service. She was great to work with so if you need a gently used car, truck or suv, head to Crazy Jims and ask for Linda!!! Thank you, Linda, I appreciate all your help!

Great service, Friendly customer Service
I am writing today to thank you for an excellent customer service experience.
I recently started to look for a good used car. After my exhausting search at many larger carlots trying to talk to salemen not interested to help or trying to put me into a car I did`nt want. I stopped at Crazy Jims.
Linda was wonderful to work with. I was delighted with someone whose knowledge, respect, and sense of humor ( particu... view morelarly important, in my opinion when dealing with potential Used Car buying) made this ordeal much less challenging. I was also glad that she was easy to understand and that she was able to explain from a womens point of view car buying and what to look for .
Thank you for hiring people like Linda and having them available to help your customers. kl

Great Service and Quality Used Vehicles
This has been the best experience I have ever had in buying a used car. The sales people did not pounch on me and let me browse around without pressuring me into anything. I browsed at the cars I was interested in and the sales lady answered all my questions and helped point me in the direction to the type of car that I was interested in and would suit my needs. I purchased a 4 door Oldsmobile Alero which runs great ... view moreand I have had no problems with. This car really meets the needs of my family and is exactly what I was looking for. This buying experience was great and I am more than happy with my purchase. I would recommend Crazy Jim Auto to ANYONE looking to buy a used car.

Best Auto Buying Experience Ever
Form the moment I go to this place I knew it was different. I was not immediately pounced on by 50 sales people badgering me into something I did not want. Instead I was greeted by a friendly lady who seemed more interested in answering my questions then in shoving a car down my throat. In the end my daughter and I found just the right first car for her and we drove away happy. I will definitely shop here again shoul... view mored I need another used vehicle.

lemon lot
I had bought a car from them about 70 days ago.. Less then 30 days after I bought the car I found over $2,500 in damages I had told them about the situation. They didn`t care that they sold a car they new wasn`t any good. They had told me sold as is. That it was my problem. They`re selling bad vehicles, and don`t care. Please save your money, and save your time. Please don` bye a car from them.. I beg you.

Crazy Jim`s Sucks
The only reason I gave them one star is because i couldn`t give them a zero... My husband and i were looking for a reliable vehicle, particularily an SUV. We visited the dealership and saw one that we liked at a decent price. Later, after visiting other dealers, we decided to go back and test the vehicle at Crazy Jim`s. It ran good...as far as we could tell over the sales guy in the back seat (weird) yapping at us a... view morebout how GREAT this vehicle is. Is it odd he wouldn`t let us drive it on the freeway? His excuse...because he was the only one on the lot and couldn`t be gone that long. Truck ran and sounded good, after haggling that didn`t go well, we still purchased the vehicle. He took the stickers off of the window and by the time he drove it from one side of the lot to the other, the check engine light came on! The sales person tried to convince us it was because of the gas cap...we gave them the benefit of a doubt...we waited a couple of days. Check engine light still stayed on and not only that, there was a loud screeching coming from the driver side front left wheel. We also noticed the anti lock brakes would kick in for no reason at all, even when not applying the brakes!?!? We attempted to ask the dealership to fix the problems they said there is nothing they can do, all they can do is recommend us to a garage that would do it for cheaper...LAW SUIT PENDING! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Pros: Large Selection of crap vehicles...if you like selection Cons: CRAP VEHICLES

1/2 hour wait - just to test drive a car?
Crazy Jim`s was our 2nd to last stop after 4 other stops - searching for a reasonably good used car within the Milwaukee area. He had a pretty good selection of cars and we found a few that we liked but no one came out to ask if we needed any help until we neared the front door - 15 minutes later. He unlocked some of the cars we wanted to look at and then we needed to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for him to finish helping... view more someone else and get the keys. The guy was quiet and didn`t seem to be interested in the consumer - all he asked is if we planned on paying through a financing plan or up-front. He hardly said a word after, probably because every time I saw him - he had a cigarette hanging out of his lips.

He finally came out and TRIED to start the car - apparently, every car on the lot needed to be jump-started. What a crock. So the car finally turned over and he hopped into the back - very unusual. Like I said, he didn`t seem to want to sell the damn thing because he hardly said anything - just small talk, VERY small talk. After we got back, we found out he doesn`t do trade-in`s or service his own cars. They just sit on the small lot and hardly get touched unless it`s for a test drive or shifting cars around to get others out.

Not a very good salesman and not a very good experience. I wouldn`t recommend this place to anyone.
