So we decided to do two things. First, we mark each of our vehicles on our lot with our very best price, up front and in writing for you to see 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Not only for you to see, but for our competition to see, so our prices have to be good! The second thing is to pay our sales consultants based on volume rather than on commission from the price of the vehicle sold. The benefit to our guests being whether you buy a $2,000 vehicle or a $15,000 vehicle, your sales consultant gets paid the same. So they can focus on helping you select the best vehicle that fits your wants and needs, as opposed to selling you a vehicle that they can make more money on.
