Offensive is the only way to describe them, they told me the no parking sign is on a tree but the tree slipped over the hill. The police told me they double their towing fees on game day. Question anything and get shoved into the street in front of on coming traffic by four raging maniacs.Stay away if you can, but they work very hard to entrap you.

Stay as far away form these pe...

Stay as far away form these people a humanly possible. The are vultures hovering over their dead prey. They tow you sometimes for little or no reason. Thier drivers are verbally abusive. This company is a black eye on Morgantown and Westover where it is loacated. Do not patronize and give this company any legal business, because they get plenty of CASH form their towing operation. Great scam. They will only except ca... view moresh. No check, no credit card, no excues. The IRS needs to investigate this company to see how much of this cash goes into their pockets without be reported. Don`t bother calling the cops because they won`t be of much help. They will just tell you if you want to file charges they will write a report. Pay the $225 cash, get your car and be on your way. Take your blood pressure meds before you go!!!

Doug`s is a scam....

My Recommendation.... Do what you can to avoid these crooks... If they tow your car.... You`re in for a shock..... They drive around looking for the poor person who happened to be parked in front of a closed establishment at 10:30 at night and then tow them. If you were from out of town... Good Luck!!! Although, I`m not sure how much good a review will do.... I`m pretty sure they`re off the grid anyway... but If I can save one person the nightmare of having to deal with these low-life jerks it would have been worth it.....
