I called Hutch`s for a simple tow off of a paved road not too far from where they are located. I tell the woman what kind of truck it is, the color and my phone number. She was having a very difficult time and kept asking me what kind of vehicle it was. She also couldn`t understand my phone number so I told her one digit at a time, and she still didn`t get it! He was having some trouble but after about 10 minutes he seemed to have a grasp on the type of vehicle and my phone number. When I told him where the truck was he told me he couldn`t get it there because of the snow. (Less than 2 inches) I was furious! I have heard these people are crooks and one thing I can tell you for certain is that they don`t know what the heck they are doing. The only logical assumption I came up with is that they are either not all there in the head or on drugs, and based off of the bizzare behavior I am leaning towards drugs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, call a wrecker in Charleston and save yourself a backwoods headache.

This is the worst place ever. They stole everything from our transport truck. Even things that were bolted down they unbolted and took them for themselves. They are a bunch of crooks and should be closed down. Filthy hillbilly people. I really hope Karma bites you all in the A$$

Don`t use this place. They tell you a price on the phone and double it when it comes times to pay. Get it in writing. They will go through your car while your not there . They took a rifle out of my truck along with a trailer hitch and they will say it`s" so it doesn`t get stolen" but I found my possessions in their employees car.
