Shocks: Shocks are very important not only from a ride standpoint, but also the fact that worn out shocks can cause your tires to lose contact with the road (wheel hop), resulting in the possible loss of control, handling, and even braking ability. You may also experience excessive and uneven tire wear and cupping (shredding of tire tread). Signs that your shocks and struts may be worn: * If Your Shocks Have More Than 25,000 Miles On Them * The Nose of Your Vehicle Goes Down When You Brake * Your Vehicle Rolls or Sways Too Much When You Go Around Corners * Your Vehicle Continues To Bounce After Going over Bumps * The Strut or Shock Is Dented Or Leaks Fluid Alignment: Your vehicle being out of alignment is another problem that can cause uneven or excessive tire wear. Alignment is also needed when your steering wheel is not centered, or your car "pulls" from one side or the other. The basic or "two-wheel" alignment is when the front wheels only are checked and straightened as needed. The "four-wheel" alignment is when the rear wheels are aligned to the front. A four-wheel alignment is generally only needed when the rear wheels are out of line or the car is a four or all-wheel drive.

I was not at all impressed abo...
I was not at all impressed about the service. Long wait times, and don?ˆ™t expect speedy service with a smile. Poor customer service. I took my car in as soon as they opened for business, and had explained to them the issue I was experiencing with my car. The guy I spoke to asked if I would be able to leave the car with them, and they would take a look at it, when they got a chance. I asked him, how long it would t... view moreake? He said ?ˆ?it would be for a couple of hours?ˆ? It took more than several hours, before they contacted me about what they found wrong, they explained to me exactly what was needed to be replace to fix the problem with my car, and I would have to schedule for another day to fix the problem. So I agreed and scheduled an appiontment for later that week. On the day of my appointment I arrive as soon as they opened for business. The person I left my keys with said, that it would take a couple of hours, and they would call me when it was ready. I received a call, an hour before they closed, that my car was ready. So I returned before the end of business day, paid and got my keys. Less then under a week, I started experiencing the same problem I had from before I took it in to Torque Automotive. I contact Torque about it, and they said to bring back in. So here I go again?ˆ¦.. I take my car back in when they open for business, and it takes them all day?ˆ¦ just to find what the problem may be, and then I had to schedule a whole other day to try and fix it. Once again, I take my car in when they opened; then later receive a call, an hour before closing that my car was ready. After I pick my car up from them, once again I?ˆ™m experiencing the same problem all over again. I contact them, yet again to let them know about it, and they said to bring it back in. I return the very next morning when they opened for business, and left my car with them, for the sixth time.... for the same issue. It took them a whole day to look at. After looking at my car this time though, they contact me,and said that I will need to get something else replaced to resolve the issue that I originally asked them to fix, because what they had replaced earlier didn?ˆ™t solve the problem. I totally regret taking my car in to them, never again. I would not recommend Torque Automotive.
