Bad!

I went to get my timing belt replaced for around $500. They called me an hour later telling me my car was leaking oil and a large list of parts needed to be replaced. My car was in working order and I was only doing preventative maintenance so this was shocking. I am a younger female and believe he was trying to scare me into doing $1000 worth of repairs. I didn`t fall for the trap and eventually several conversation... view mores later he said it wasn`t all necessary work. This place is NOT trustworthy and they are scum for trying to take advantage of me. Bad business!

They damaged my Van!!

Not recommended at all. After bringing my van there I`ve had problems week after week. Beware of the owner he`s Indian very friendly but bad service.

Wish I had seen their BBB rating of `F` first

I was a big fan of Precision Auto Tune`s owner and staff and took all of my cars there. They were polite and acted as if your concerns were theirs. That`s until they damaged my car and insisted nothing was wrong when I took it back to them complaining of the issue. I had it towed to the BMW dealer who reported the damage as... `whoever welded the exhaust didn`t drop it on it`s hangers. Instead they hammered the heats... view morehield into the driveshaft. PTAC wouldn`t even talk to us, but in their response to our complaint to the BBB, accused us of redamaging our car (in the 24 miles since their repair) and trying to stick it to them. My question is this... if they did such a wonderful job, why wouldn`t we have just taken it back to them to repair a second time??? NO HONOR.
