Scott was extremely rude, talk...

Scott was extremely rude, talked down to me and about one of his fellow employees, basically told me that I didnt know what I was talking about (I am a car stereo installer by trade for 14 yrs, he even insulted that), wouldnt give me a straight answer about my warranty or even call them to see if this would be covered, rude again a few times over the phone, was finally nice after he found out warranty would cover it.... view more Chris, the asst. service manager heard my story, said she couldnt believe it and she would get the service manager to talk to me, never got a call back. Decided to go back to give a second chance after I found out that Scott was no longer there, what a joke! I got to deal directly with Chris, that made me feel somewhat at ease. We got the car back with the radio not working and the bass knob wide open. They brought it back working and lied to me about what they did to fix it (Im a car stereo installer remember, I know) and said that it just started working on its own with a clock that had just been reset 4 minutes ago, yeah right. The asst. service manager even said they pushed a knob and it started working, a button pushes, a knob turns and thats not how you turn it on/off! I will never go back.
