Great service!

I used Bellevue Auto Rebuild after a drunk driver rear ended my car. Tripp was a great help, everything worked smoothly and I had my car back in no time.

Extremely Rude Customer Service

The administrative asst and one of the estimators was extremely rude and condescending. They lose paperwork. I called in the next day after getting an estimate. They can`t find the estimate and actually asked me if I was sure I had the right shop! Then I had asked about when they could get the car back. One person promised a date. Then when I brought the car in, the secretary said there`s no one by that name.... view more I wanted to make sure I could get the car back by a certain day. The secretary doesn`t greet you when you come in but just hands you a form to fill out. Even though you`ve already filled it out and I`m holding an estimate from their shop. I called about the completion date and it wasn`t going to be finished in time. This person said ""if we don`t get in done in time are we going to be in trouble"". Yes, I`m writing a bad review about you. hahaha
