We purchased a car from Honda of Bellevue and only received one key that day. We were promised a second key (which I believe is standard practice) but never received it. We left several messages with or saleman but he never responded. I then went to their customer service web page and posted a complaint which was totally ignored. I will never shop here again. I don`t appreciate being lied to.

I purchased my car in 2005 from this dealership and after having shopped 4 or 5 other places (including other Honda dealers) I was very satisfied with my experience here. The salesperson was low pressure as was the finance lady I dealt with. I did have an issue with my sunroof motor not working and unfortunately I did not buy an extended warranty when I bought the car. After an expensive repair which I wasn`t to... view moreo excited about paying I went and spoke with a different finance manager who worked with me and gave me a good deal on a warranty for my car. The downside was I had to pay cash for it which I would have preferred to be able to finance it but oh well. So all in all a good experience but if you are like me and can`t afford to pay for repairs as they come up I definitely recommend the warranty I have since used it twice and was quite happy to not have to pay a penny lol. I also have had a good experience with the service department and like the 50 cent pops they have in the waiting room and free car washes for oil changes and service. :) One thing as a side note, I DO NOT like Klein Honda. They are rude and I went in recently and was treated horribly. The sales staff are full of &*$% and acted like I was crazy when I didn`t want to pay the outrageous asking price they had for a used car on their lot!

We had a great experience with Howie Te at Honda Auto Ctr of Bellevue. Howie was extremely knowledgable about the cars and helpful in explaining the features to us. He made the experience very low stress and easy. We felt great about our decision to buy a car from Howie.

I bought my 2009 Honda Fit at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. Tapeni Suiaunoa was my sales consultant and he was extremely courteous with a very easy going style! He made me feel very comfortable and was definitely reasonable during the negotiating process. He also has 17 years experience as an ASE Certified Technician, so it was extemely helpful to deal with someone who really knows the ""ins & outs"" of all the v... view moreehicles!

The car had been on order, and when it came in and I went to the dealership to pick it up, Tapeni took his time showing me all the features. He was extremely thorough, even explaining some of the noises I`d hear (i.e. from the antilock brakes at startup), that might be unfamiliar to me so that I wouldn`t worry something was wrong with the car when I heard them. He also spent time showing my brother (who works on cars as a hobby) all the mechanics under the hood.

The finance people were also extremely courteous and low pressure. I would definitely recommend Tapeni and this dealership to anyone who`s looking for a new car! I haven`t used their service dep`t yet, but my friend who has bought 4 Hondas from this dealership thinks the service dep`t is also outstanding.

We were dreading the car buyng experience--too many bad experiences with less than honest car salesmen in the past and the entire negotiation process--but we were lucky enough to work with Kevin, and he made all the difference in the world--he is absolutely the best salesman with whom we have ever dealt. He was forthright, knowledgeable, sincere, and made the negotiations as painless as possible. The biggest problem ... view morewe had was with the paper work (not so knowledgeable person in the finance dept that cost us a lot of time and multiple trips to resolve), but the General Manager made it his priority to resolve the problem quickly when we got him involved. We love the car and will return to the dealer in the future--we hope that Kevin is available the next time we buy a car! We give the entire experience 4 1/2 stars (1/2 star deducted for the paper work fiasco)

THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT A bit of intro, our Honda has been taken to Honda of Bellevue for many years for oil changes, regular maintenance services, and they always did a outstanding job. HOWEVER!!! There was a smell coming from the car that I concluded was a cooling issue, because the radiator fan never came on. Note that prior to taking the car in, there was NO OTHER PROBLEM besides a sli... view moreght smell. Being cautious, I took the car in to have them check the fan. They proceed to tell me the fan is fine, but the OIL PAN Gasket is leaking onto the exhaust manifold, so they want to replace the oil gasket. This seemed fishy to me, because I never detected ANY leak whatsoever, and they seemed to be unhappy because of an aftermarket oil filter (Sorry, Honda, for changing my own oil sometimes) but because of my track record with them, I trusted them to go about their work. $260 to replace oil gasket. When I get the car back, there is now SUBSTANTIAL leaking of oil. I took the car back and told them that they did a shoddy job replacing the oil gasket and demanded that they fix it. Now they tell me that OIL is leaking from the Engine to the transmission through a faulty seal. So now they want to take apart the block and reseal it for $600+. This is pure BS, there was ZERO leak before I took it in. Now they are telling me that there were TWO leaks, one from the oil pan gasket, (which they presumably fixed), and one from the engine, yet before they touched the car, there was NO SIGN of ANY fluid leaking. What scammers, liers, to fraudulantly manipulate this situation upon a very loyal customer of over ten years. I am very disappointed and I highly recommend everyone TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They will scam you. If I could give them negative stars, I would Summary 1. Car taken in for burning smell, suspected radiator fan malfunction, NO LEAKS PRESENT 2. Honda determines fan is fine, but they say oil pan gasket is leaking oil onto exhaust manifold. Replace oil pan gasket, $260 3. Car leaks oil immediately after driving off service lot 4. Honda determines that a seal is faulty between engine and transmission, want $600+ to fix 5. Customer says "Screw you guys, i`m going home."
